we were in the championship and it was mint. now we're in the premier league and will probably stay up while you went down with zero fight and now have tony pulis as manager
at least you'll get to watch adama traore win a few ballon d'or when he moves to man city this summer

And that’s without mentioning Sunderland being in the Prem for longer than either of us over the last 10 years or whatever it was.

i mean sure, using the timeframe of the last 2 seasons to compare the teams, boro have competed with newcastle while managing to do 2 things far worse than we did
we're super jealous of sunderland barely staying up year after year too

So now we're supposed to be super jealous of Newcastle doing the thing that you're mocking Sunderland for doing year after year?

Only one of yous have won something more recently than Everton. Since Newcastle won anything that wasn’t the intertoto cup, 25 years passed, Maggie became PM, destroyed the country in 11 years, died 23 years later and another 5 years have passed since that. Even Sunderland have won more recently than that.
The only thing stopping me from wanting Newcastle to fade into the abyss (somehow making them more competitive in terms of trophies) is that they’re currently managed by my favourite manager ever. Once he’s gone, you can fuck off.

So now we're supposed to be super jealous of Newcastle doing the thing that you're mocking Sunderland for doing year after year? You're taking the statement of competing way too small, I just mean in terms of Sunderland/boro being as big a club as Newcastle, which obviously neither are. Not just what happened last season or in the last few. But Newcastle have more ambition than just staying up season after season anyway Boro did well to win a cup, sincerely doubt that would bother anyone outside the smallest of Newcastle fans, they're not our rivals. Dunno when Sunderland last won a trophy but it can't be long after us, we've both hilariously underachieved for most of the last half century. But pestar's support for us atm is basically a trophy anyway

Club size ffs Who the fuck thinks you know what we don't want to finish above them or beat them, we want to have more fans because really that's all club size is to Newcastle fans. I don't care what Newcastle do just as you don't care that we won a cup, I only joined in the conversation because you were being silly. Last season I didn't care that Newcastle were in the Championship, nor do I care that Sunderland are in the bottom 3, in fact I probably want them to stay up unlike most Boro fans I see on social media. I wanted Newcastle to beat United last week because I dislike United more than I dislike Newcastle. You say we aren't your rivals yet you have far more cheeky digs at us on here when you're doing better than us than we do when it's the other way round. Sunderland fans are the same(not sween) but I always see people linking to threads on the SMB board about us and how much they hate us etc when they constantly say they don't care about us lol.

If we are talking about hating someone who is relatively close to us in terms of location then I hate Leeds farrrrrrr more than I do Newcastle or Sunderland. Horrible twats that lot.

Can't ever remember having a cheeky dig at Middlesbrough on here, barely even Sunderland, I don't do that anywhere. It's normally sween and maski making digs at Newcastle. Plus the club size thing is only because it's normally mackems and boro fans teaming up to have a pop at Newcastle while simultaneously calling as a small club which makes no sense. Well we do want to beat Boro and Sunderland but noone's measuring success for us in by that
Tbh I think you see rivalry in more the way I do, I'm not particularly bothered by Sunderland, it's funny watching them this season but I'm not someone who'd be like 'well at least Sunderland lost too' if Newcastle didn't win
This is looking far more serious than it ever should have lol, only replying for a laugh. Did get pestar to admit he wants Newcastle to go under though which is amazingly fragile

Wonder what daft cunt came up with the idea that some teams in the premier league want Spurs to play fa cup games at a neutral ground when a) were away if we beat Rochdale and there's no replays and b) Wembley is a semi final venue
Seen some people like that Ollie Times on the mirror actually clamouring for a Semi Final venue change to the Emirates if we get there. Because 30,000 Spurs fans smashing up Arsenals ground is an ideal solution.
Unfortunate for Chelsea if they get lumbered with a neutral ground like Fulham for their cup games next year or something because of it.
