Replays make it look worse. If Mane jumps in and Ederson punches him in the face instead of the ball it isn't a red.

Biggest threat in that he kept getting through but as has been the case 99% of the time this season we got nothing out of it from him. I like him but he's unbelievably wasteful.
And Can wrecks my head. Soon as I start to warm to him he turns up and has a game like this. Been absolute shit.

Thought it was a clear red tbh. Had it been the other way, I'd have been expecting the City player to get sent off. He didn't mean to do it, but if that isn't dangerous play then I've no idea what is.

Bellerin did exactly the same thing against Salah the other week and no one was clamouring for that to be a red. I can see why he's given it, I just don't agree with it. Give me a few hours to cool.

If Mane jumps in and Ederson punches him in the face instead of the ball it isn't a red. because a keeper using his fist at head height is a normal part of the game, its what he is there to do. a player using their foot at head height is dangerous play. a hand doesnt have studs on it, the fact Mane connected with his head made it worse than a normal high foot, but its a red card regardless. seriously no argument against it lol he was 7 ft off the floor with his studs up

City fans are shithouses really aren't they? Leave the stadium early when their title winning manager is giving a speech before leaving the club, half empty stadium for a lot of games, the whole embarrassing UEFA booing thing, and now booing Milner who was an instrumental part of their title and cup wins. They'd rather sing about Gerrard slipping than anything else.

More chance of another 8-2 on his debut than a 4-0 And there's no way we are scoring

It does feel like if City can get their shit together properly then they're going to be hard to stop.
They don't seem right for 90 minutes but when they're in the groove they're absolutely frightening. You can still see a United or Chelsea figuring a way to beat them and exploit their weaknesses though.

Up until the red card we were the better team, even being down 1-0. If Salah could finish/pass/do anything other than run fast, we'd have scored at least one before the red.
Gotta pick our heads up. Two difficult games next week. Won't be the last team to get hammered there, just so disappointed in how easy we made it. Everyone accountable, Klopp included for dropping Lovren and Gomez.
