At least we'd have scored some points...
Probably still lost but hey

Oh and seriously, how bad was Jared Goff? Absolute shocker of a performance that, looked lost.

At least in fairness to him he took the blame for it. The fact they kept Gurley wrapped up for so long when between now and the start of next season there’s 7 months baffled me. I know you don’t want to do long lasting damage to him but Anderson got nothing all night, he got so lucky with a stupid fumble as well.
It was the Super Bowl no one wanted anyway. Deer in the headlights QB against the GOAT, who also had a really poor game. Much like the AFCCG it was Edelman being such a good route runner that helped them get going and that’s why he got MVP.
That O line is a joke though. One sack allowed in the whole post season. They’ve done an incredible job of protecting Brady with how they’ve built that.

Should've been Edelman's second SB MVP, thought it was a great game personally. Pats shut the Rams down, and that drive to close out the game was what? 92 yards? Insane.

Gurley was recorded as the fastest player on the field last night so I’m not sure he was injured, or not badly anyway.

Did that game prove Belichick could easily win a SB without Brady, whilst the reverse probably isn’t the case at this point?

Did that game prove Belichick could easily win a SB without Brady, whilst the reverse probably isn’t the case at this point? The system suits Brady and Brady suits the system, it's both ways imo. That being said, a Brady-less BB would do a lot better than a Belichick-less Brady. An absolute masterclass in gameplanning.

Having proper withdawal symptoms. Already thinking that if Big Dick Nick goes to Jacksonville I’d be up for the Jags v Texans game.

Has anyone been watching the AAF? The NFL seem to be very supportive of it because it’s not in direct competition and it does something to alleviate the lost super bowl blues. Some forgotten names in there too like Lawrence Okoye, Garrett Gilbert, Zach Mattenberger and Trent Richardson.
