Maskya YoshidaYou got Pip/Le Sac's new album? Can't seem to find it for free anywhere and it's been a month or so, so may have to actually buy and just wondering if you've got it (aka is it worth it).

I know HMV are selling it 'cause I saw it yesterday. Haven't had a listen to it no, only heard a couple of songs off it but they're pretty good.

everything about that wombats song is good apart from the lead singer. such a shit band shouldn't be able to use such a great keyboard riff
early KOL almost just makes me unhappy now

More specifically from about 15 onward. I felt Because of the Times was a solid enough effort and then I haven't really listened to anything else properly. I think I bought the 4th album (can't even remember what it's called) and gave up after a few listens. Can't remember. I love playing The Bucket on guitar. I tend to do an acoustic version of it which works pretty well. Had to improvise since I sold my electric a few years ago.

Taper Jean Girl is my personal favourite. I saw them a few times around the release of Because of the Times and the setlists were pure gold at the time. I remember a gig in Dublin the called it off at the start of the encore because bits of the roof were falling down, the crowd were clapping in beat to Knocked Up and the vibrations effected the roof or something ha. Gutted because they were electric that night and they were finishing that tour on Four Kicks, would've been mental.
Speaking of whiter than white music, Coldplay are the whitest band I like (though like KoL I haven't really listened past their 3rd album), and this tune is in my top 5. Maybe. That's a bit of a hasty comment actually but I do love this tune:

The gym generally plays terrible music, but there's been this one song that always plays while I'm having a shower and I really like it.
Turns out it's Help Me Lose My Mind by Disclosure. Never listened to them before.
Edit: On further inspection, it's the only one of their songs I liked.
