Am making a fruit crumble tonight containing apple, pineapple and grapefruit (could go horribly wrong here) and will have banana on top separate from the rest. Going to use the absolute minimum sugar for the crumble
Will have two chicken and garlic kievs with sweet potatoes, runner beans and carrots
Can not wait

Lol I go balls out when my sister goes out and I'm home alone, when you share the pleasure you half the joy (I like that saying I might get it mounted on the kitchen wall there)
Am debating whether to have cream with the crumble but I think it will ruin it, same as I think a lump of Oxo would ruin the tea, hoping the kievs are nice and juicy or it'll be so dry

Just settling down to a load of veg (and a bit of pasta) in creamy tomato sauce with cheese and breadcrumb topping.
It's pretty decent. Minimal effort as well.

Forked out 20 dollars for a nice striploin yesterday, roasted some veg and spuds, homemade peppercorn sauce, medium rare steak, fuckin gorgeous. Why don't I cook like that more often

Gammon joint slow cooked in cola is divine.
Which I just remembered you can't/won't eat. So not very useful!
I'm 100% sure youve answered this before but why are you vegetarian? Ethical reasons I take it?

Nowt ethical about it though.

Has anyone ever made their own sushi before? I'm watching Masterchef Australia at the minute and there was an insane sushi challenge there the other night which has me craving it big time. I'd like to give it a go in terms of making it myself but it seems fucking complicated for such a simple looking dish. If anyone has any tips or anything, be good to hear!
For today I'm gonna have baked salmon with spuds though
