HP Envy - £799.95Seems good, i7, 16gb ram, full hd, 2gb nvidia, but no SSD (if that's needed?). Also it's from John Lewis, so you get 2 years guarantee. BradSK, Exonerator, good for the price? Or can you get better than that? I kinda want a 'future-proof' laptop that'll last me about 3-4 years.

You don't have to spend that much to get one to last a few years, haha.
I'm on my phone so it's not convenient for me to look around at the minute, so I'll do it later.

I kinda have money to burn, but if it's pointless spending that much for little improvement over cheaper laptops, then it'd be great to know what I'm better off getting.

I need a new laptop too but my budget is only about 400 quid at the moment so I doubt I'll get anything too impressive

It looks beautiful visually but it also looks so shallow and easy. Press X to perform super cool slow-mo kill etc. I only seen a small part of the campaign but i'll take his word on it that it is good. When I was playing it, me and him took turns in the arena where you had your own customisable gladiator fighting barbarians and the likes completing challenges. Even the introduction to the arena is epic and as you said visually beautiful, hearing the crowd cheer etc all adds to it. The fighting was kind of easy, Press a to block and counter, b to roll, x to hit and y to unbalance enemies, second go on it I got the hang of it.

Someone paid £30 the other day for me to create them an Apple ID and install some apps from the App Store. Seriously! It only took me a few minutes...imagine if that money actually went to me instead. Judging by my time at PC World, I'm sure there are more than enough people to make it so gaining £30 an hour could actually be feasible.

ive got extra money to spend, so im more likely to buy a ps4. does it have any exclusive yet? i think the only reason why i didn't pre-order it was because there was no compelling game. not sure if there's any now, mind you.

Just saw who the first four who went in were. Would genuinely find fair and justifiable reasons for all of them to be removed from society permanently.

I charged someone $45 a few weeks ago to unlock a phone that he "found". Came back a few days later with a laptop with a password. Charged him $80 for that.

Cheers mate that actually looks a pretty good deal. I think I'm probably gonna go a bit cheaper than £800 so this looks good. Only thing putting me off is the dual core processor and how future proof it is, but then again l'll have to pay that bit more for a quad. What kind of games are you running on it?
