So much went our way last season. The fact we had a genius in charge helped. Everyone stayed fit for a starter. RVP was insane, Rafael stayed fit, Carrick stayed fit, Jones, Evra etc they all stayed fit. This season RVP's died, Young's been out a lot after he's been decent, Carrick & Jones were out for 2 months, as was Rafael.
Add that to the fact last season Mancini ruined City, Chelsea were too busy sacking managers, Liverpool were in what we are now (first year with a new manager), Arsenal were nothing special, we walked it because we were the least shit.
Rodgers is a good example really. Came in from a smaller team and didn't have a great first season, got a chance to tinker with his squad and whilst things aren't perfect this season they've come on leaps and bounds.

The defeat today was quite inevitable really. We hardly won at Stamford Bridge even when the commie billionaire weren't there.

It's alright, Bebe's back next season. Keeps doing stuff like this and he can take Valencia's place for all I care.

Anyone else vote no because they're enjoying this season thus far?

Anyone else vote no because they're enjoying this season thus far? I'm assuming it's why most people are. He's clearly out of his depth.

What for creating this thread? It is a legitimate question. As of right now it's looking unlikely they'll finish top four. Would that be acceptable? The jury have spoken They declare fuck off

he won't even be in trouble for a while yet...
he won't get overly long though, need a major turn around next season at the latest. otherwise I think this will be his first and last 'big job'

Like a new player coming to a club, Moyes has to learn how to manage a top team, unfortunately he has been given an impossible job to follow on from SAF. He doesn't have the experience to draw on to turn it around, that's what is worrying right now. Still think he is a good manager though, if lacking an aura.

No.
And he wont be.
Today the pressure on him is huge but in the cold light of day tomorrow United are always shite at Stamford Bridge, they were fairly unlucky at crucial times in the game and they had no Rooney, no RVP and why the fuck Jones was playing just back from injury in CM who knows. It's the games before that have been killing him, he needs to get teams fearing United again and hopefully those coming back from injury can help that.
Who the fuck knows how that works out but he wont be sacked until at least 2015, even at the absolute worst case scenario imo.

The way Fergie goes on about Bobby Charlton sticking with him for as long as possible suggests he'll get at least three full seasons before they even consider sacking him. The superiority/inferiority complexes among fans of United and other big clubs will be tested for a while as they are so used to seeing United up at the top that for United fans it'll be all doom and gloom forever and for others they deserve it. Then for the rest of us it's just funny to watch United fans paste over non-existant cracks and for the likes of arse try to rile United fans by being an utter twat.
The stupid thing about the mass media and morons like you who thing he should be sacked is that the likes of you are always spectacularly wrong. You are of the breed that says when Arsenal have a poor start "that's the end of Wenger" where any rational person will know full well they'll finish in the top four and it'll be like th epoor start never happened. These are also bandwagon fuckers who jump on the likes of Palace after two games and say "they're gone".
These are the sort of stupid threads I left Neo to avoid.

Football is horrible nowadays. People are calling Ozil a flop, were calling Nasri a flop, Willian a flop, half the Spurs team flops.
If Henry was signed today at Arsenal he'd be dismissed as shit. Unless you start like Michu or Aguero or Mourinho you are instantly labelled a failure.

I think there's a lot more to it than Moyes being a shite manager or him just needing time. Whilst the fans are behind him, I just don't feel the players are behind him. There are have been things said in interviews that make me question their faith with him. I remember Evra saying something to either the BBC or Sky Sports after a game that didn't seem right to me. More recently you've got Moyes saying to the press that they're not giving up on the title, yet at the same time, Vidic is coming out saying the complete opposite.
