Second year passed. Don't know specifics yet but I've passed at least.

One more to go now. I have 4 days to teach myself an entire module. Wouldn't get a single mark if I did the test right now. Going to be a fun few days. What module, just out of interest? I did the same with Evidence and was only in the exam room for an hour. Got 40% woop

I've never come out of an exam thinking I'd failed more than in this one, I'm still thinking they gave me the wrong marks back. I chose Evidence for next year, got to pick all 6 modules so should be good. (it won't)

Anyone studied after Uni and know how important first year results are? Maskya Yoshida you did right? I think I've conceded the pass in a couple of modules that I basically burned out during Spring but still can get into second year with. Just wondering if you can go on to study a Masters/PhD without an overall first year grade?

I went to the first few seminars and lectures because it was fairly interesting forensic-related stuff. Turned out that none of that would be on the exam and all the tedious shit would be. Which was the stuff I didn't go to. Cos it was fucking boring. I did IP Law which is fucking easy - especially as it was all assignments. I did internet law as well for the second semester. That was basically my 4000 word IP Law essay adapted for an 8000 word question. I got 70% on it. YUS Also daveyposhboy nobody cares about first year if it doesn't contribute to your overall score.

IP, is that intellectual property? Yeah I've picked Internet Law as well. Also picked International Humanitarian/Refugee; Employment; Law and Medicine and then Crime and Sentencing. Was kind of hoping Evidence would be pretty interesting so not happy it's not haha. But then my favourite module so far has been Tort so maybe I have a weird taste. Germany's Top Scorer

Nah, I enjoyed Tort as well. Possibly my favourite after Criminal Law.
Employment's a doddle as well!
Aye, IP is intellectual property - internet law is pretty similar.

failed 1 module which I knew I would
making me retake it even though I can take 2 fails in to final year
so even if I fail the retake it makes no difference
the retake is £40

My first and third years don't count. Got my results the other day which say I'll graduate with a 2:1 pretty much. But the uni think I can do better so they've given me 4th year to go for a First.
