I’m gonna need Roman to drop the title before WM if he’s gonna be facing Rock. That title needs changing before long but not to a part timer But a Bayley face turn is what I’ve wanted for a while so glad we got that last night. I still hope Iyo retains at WM because Iyo is great but this is a good start to the road to WM As for Vince, I don’t think there’s much chance that you don’t get more big names implicated. Taker was his enforcer backstage so would’ve known everything I imagine. Some potentially very grim times coming Rock/Roman at WM then Cody ‘unifying’ the titles at Summerslam against Roman. He said he ‘wants everything’ so im assuming its becoming the companies ultimate champ. Roman would have beat Hogans record by then aswell. Cody will probably then become a proper fighting champion and defend both titles consistently. Which will lead to an injury from being overworked and Roman wins it back instantly. Yes im going off a hypothetical tangent now I havent been more wrong than i was on Roman aswell. Didnt see the hype for so long but man he is such a good worker and his promo work has become great. Fair play, the bloodline story just overstayed its welcome though. Still think Cody shouldve just won last year

lmao it’s actually quite funny to watch the scrambling in real time, and it’s sort of worked out for them?

Press conference was great ngl. And wwe fans are naive enough to think it was a work from the beginning lol Seth looks like a chump so far though

doesnt matter how it’s come about this Final Boss/Hollywood Rock 2.0 angle has been incredible
when he came out with the new entrance music mashing up his old theme with the new it felt like the first time I heard Roman’s current theme. Then the beat down with Cody last night (including blading for the first time in how long) just feels like things have shifted a lot lately

I’ve just watched my first full Raw in god knows how long. Always kept an eye on it through social media etc and rewatched old stuff, but haven’t watched a full episode in maybe 15 years.
What’s with all the adverts? Even fast forwarding it’s practically unwatchable. Couldn’t imagine live.
Not sure if even the Rock can get me through it.

Spoken like someone who didn’t watch his favourite wrestler’s last match before he died be a ‘Mountain Dew pitch black match’
It is a lot though, they integrate them during PPVs and now they’re putting the Prime logo on the canvas. I think it’s going to get worse when they move Raw to Netflix

The Bray documentary is difficult to watch, especially hearing them talking about the day he died. You can tell Bo idolised him

So following night 1 I would guess that Cody will go over which is going to bring Gunther into the fight for one of the belts, with the draft coming up soon not sure exactly which one but I can’t see Roman still being in the picture while having Rhodes, Gunther, McIntyre and Priest all in that world title picture
I was a bit taken aback when Pat mentioned that Reigns is battling leukemia so good to hear after the event that he’s still in remission but will be on oral chemo indefinitely. He’s in the best shape of his life from looking at him last night he was shredded to pieces
If they’re not having him drop the titles tonight though I really don’t know when. All the pieces are in place for it so just make the move
The Usos match is one of the worst PPV matches I’ve ever seen. Individually their move sets are fine but when they’re just launching super kicks at each other for 10 minutes there’s a level of no selling involved that just looks a bit AEW-y

Is there a reason the two big surprises in the main event showed up? Storyline wise I mean?
Looked immense but I was more impressed with the callback with Rollins.

Cena hasnt been seen since Solo hit him with about 20 samoan spikes a few months ago. Assume Taker was a replacement for Stone Cold and him going after The Rock is because hes always been the final boss of Wrestlemania.

All former WM opponents of Reigns as well. The Rollins callback for me was a proper chef’s kiss moment cos it was Roman finishing his story.
