Touchdown! Interception! Fumble! Super Bowl!
"All you can say about that is that they got a couple yards and the quarterback got a completion"
Enlighten us with your Bobby Marks stories or how you won MVP as a rookie with a 77 QBR before being beaten by 30 by Seattle in the Super Bowl.

Really impressed with how each team plays as you'd expect them. Seahawks and 49'ers were nightmares to play against with Wilson/Kaepernick's running, Green Bay were absloute beasts at the passing game. Fucked up a save on my owner's game so done a fresh one where I'm not simming any games, into the Championship game with the Saints who'll soon be the London Saints after the end of this season.
First post should (and will) have a list of psns/gts and consoles at some point.

Lol GameGrep. Come on Davey. Do agree though, I used to get to about a 90 at the end of the first season and now I'm sitting at 83 after half a season. I prefer it though tbh, being an elite level QB after half a season on the old ones made it stale too quickly. I do feel like I'm cheating a bit, but to be honest I'd rather pump loads of XP to improve my DB's and Carr's awareness than the game just automatically waste it on an already decent set of passing stats. Roster and game update out tomorrow or Friday for next gen apparently, nothing for 360/PS3 apart from Roster. Booo

Just worked out an average season for Bobby Marks. Averages 14.9 games per season actually on the field, so call it 15. In those 15 games he'd put up: 3,911yds, 35 TD, 13 INT, 69.7% completion for a 109.6 QBR He's had a dire start to this season though, 1 TD 5 INT in the first 2 games and I'm 0-2. Unsurprisingly this lines up with my stud TE being out injured. Classic start to a decline Hiya Davey m8 just to let you know that we're 9-2 now and Bobby's back up to 23-16 TD-INT (Y) I've taken to simming a lot of games cos tbh winning is boring now, played just 3 of those 11 games this season. Make of this what you will. L27-10 vs TEN (played, shite.) L 27-21 vs OAK W 20-0 @ IND W 23-13 vs DAL W 42-13 @ PIT (played, made sure that all 6 were passing TDs to get Bobby back in the groove) W 28-14 vs HOU W 38-7 vs SD W 34-7 @ KC W 36-17 @ DEN W 20-3 @ TEN W 24-17 @ PHI (played)

Just ran down the clock for a 46 yard field goal from Seabass to beat the Rams 36-34 in St. Louis after falling 24 points behind after two 3 & outs and a INT in the fucking redzone on my first play of the game. That win puts us bottom the table in terms of Points Against, but I'll take it now we're only about one win off a play-off berth and coming up against a 49ers team that have lost 4 on the bounce.
4,050 yards for Carr now. First 500 yard game ever for me on Madden iirc. 98 QBR and 64% completion. Reece has 1,047 rec yards at Tight End, and Streater is on 917 yards from 54 catches. Streater's such a weapon for me. Has 88 Catching, 90 in traffic and 92 Spectacular. If he release was a little higher (84) he'd be unplayable.

I was disappointed that all the talking etc at the start was Cam.
Part of me really wanted Sherman yelling at me through my TV set.

Simmed through to the end of the season, went 13-3, Marks somehow won MVP with a career worst 30-21 TD-INT ratio and a career low QBR of 91.6, but topped 4,000 yards for only the 4th time.
He's 34 now, it's time to find his eventual replacement.

Anybody else have problems with it freezing randomly? Had it a couple of times now but also had it on GTA a week or so ago so I'm thinking it's just my PS3 struggling to cope.

@djed Nope, it is something loads of people are having problems with. Happened a couple of times with me even as early as release day. Think there are a lot of people asking for a patch but EA are, obviously, focusing on next gen which is having the same problem.
Just got whacked 59-13 @ the Chiefs. Charles ruined me on the run game, and Berry picked Carr off 6 fucking times lol. Christ.

Ahahah daveyposhboy I've done the exact same thing with Reece, man is lethal at Tight End. Carr got injured in game 3 of the season and was out for 14 weeks so Matt Moxie McGloin came in and brought us to 8-8. Still finished 4th in the division tho, fucking AFC West. Having to adjust sliders is difficult, trying to find a balance between opposing corners having stone hands and having every contested ball picked off. The Draft is one of my favourite parts of the game, so much fun

With the 71st pick of the 2014 NFL Draft, the newly relocated London Monarchs selected unheralded Texas quarterback Bobby Marks. 12 years, 47,131 passing yards, 402 passing TDs, 9 MVP awards and 8 SuperBowl rings later, he's going to Canton.
nn sweet prince
edit: fuck me I've been absolutely gutted by retirements this offseason, Marks (QB, 99), Joeckel (LT, 99), Bullock (LG, 97) and Ruedas (DE, 96) all gone. Absolutely no chance of a winning season.
