Extension requires EU approval. Withdrawal doesn't - the SNP fought the UK government in the courts to prove that.
SNP again today show they are the only competent opposition by tabling the following amendment:
Given the public comments made by the vast majority of MPs, this should fly through the vote today. I'm going to bet it won't...

Of course MPs refused to rule out no-deal last night, something most have been calling for for months.
David Mundell, the "Secretary for Scotland" voted against it and when questioned he said he did not back it as he believes it was a ploy by the SNP to force a no-deal Brexit...

“different political scale”

As I've said in here previously, the scale of anti-semitism in Labour appears to be being massively over-exaggerated in comparison with the Islamaphobia (and even anti-semitism from some quarters on the extreme right) of the Tory party.
Labour being roundly described as institutionally anti-semitic is laughable, just as it would be if the same was said of the Tory party.

If you ever need evidence of how sweeping britain’s vile history under the rug hasn’t been so effective by the establishment look no further than the outrage of the murderers who perpetrated Bloody Sunday being charged for murder.
Even saw one journo say something along the lines of “they face full force of the law while terrorists walk free”. Aye, other members of the British army, mostly. Anyone who took part in Bloody Sunday is a terrorist.

Independence is back at the top of the agenda up here with SNP announcing their plans for a new currency for iScotland. There's the "You cant use the pound" and "You'll be kicked out of the EU" arguments from 2014 out the door.

David Cameron, reading from the Saville report, 2010: "But the conclusions of this report are absolutely clear. There is no doubt, there is nothing equivocal, there are no ambiguities. What happened on Bloody Sunday was both unjustified and unjustifiable. It was wrong."
Karen Bradley, 2019: "The fewer than 10% (of killings in NI) that were at the hands of the military and police were not crimes."
What a fucking whopper

The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.

Classic politics. Deliberately misquote someone, ignore them explaining it then act offended and angry at your own misquote. This man is an MP.

Francois looked smug as fuck there asking for an apology assuming he was going to get it. Self and to her credit Coburn fucked him off though.
