The entire anti-no deal side seems like a bit of a shambles atm. For all the talk of putting differences aside and working together on this one issue it seems like petty squabbles will ultimately doom them. Honestly it's ridiculous. There was a tweet I saw earlier which I thought was genius, referring to many of the centrists as Meatloaf remainers. Do anything to avoid no deal but they won't do that, "that" referring to working with Corbyn.

A group of Scottish politicians, the same group who went to court to prove the UK and revoke article 50 without the EUs approval, are in court today starting proceedings to ensure Boris Johnson can't shut down parliament to force no-deal.
We're the only fuckers doing anything about it because the fact is England and Wales voted for this, and MPs from there are more interested in keeping their seats than doing what they know is right. Scotland needs to gain Independence and let England and Wales get on with what they voted for.

Jo Swinson dismissing it out of hand and wanting Harriet Harman or Ken Clarke lol. Time is short and Corbyn’s proposal is the quickest and most practical way to stop No Deal via Parliament so Lib Dems need to swallow their pride and just run with it imo. SNP, Plaid and the Greens are already on boards ffs.
He’s in charge of the largest opposition party. As much as they hate him I can’t see how they can achieve anything meaningful without him right now. He’s promised a short period before an election and a referendum with Remain on the ballot. What else do they want?
So much for the national fucking interest.

They want the referendum before a general election. That way the general election will not be dominated by one issue and we can elect a government to govern, not based solely on their stance on Brexit.
Corbyn sees supporting a second referendum as his ticket into number 10. FFS he'll be temporary prime minister why not call the referendum then if it's all about national interest?
Can't see any of this happening though.

There aren’t anywhere close to the numbers for a second referendum in parliament atm and it can’t happen without parliament legislating for it. I can’t see how you could get one before an election.

How have we not established there's no majority in Parliament for fucking anything? It's so obvious we need a general election it's painful and to be honest I'd have more respect for whoever comes out and says we're f'ing having one because we need a solution to this one way or another

Such a silly argument. A few Remainer Tories won’t vote for Corbyn but has anyone asked if left wing and leaver Labour MPs would vote for Ken Clarke lol?

Leaked No-Deal document shows there will be food shortages, medicine shortages, fuel shortages, public unrest and massive delays at ports and airports. Oh and there will be a hard border in Ireland.
Governments response is that the document is "outdated". It's 3 weeks old. As if they've solved any of these major issues in 3 weeks when they've been in deadlock for over a year.
