Plus he's our assist leader and probably the only player we have that can sustain the high pressing for a full 90 minutes. Even if you didn't want him starting as much he's a good player to have at the club.

They just sound like buzz words tbh, he's not gonna run round Stevie G'ing the fuck out of everything because he's not that type of player. Hoping we shift on one of our more consistent and experienced players off the back of a game where the entire team (bar Kolo) was pretty shite is a knee jerk reaction.

I don't want PASHYUN but I want someone to lead by example and that didn't come from our most experience player (well it did from Kolo but not Milner).
it's just a proper disappointing end to the season but we rode all of our luck getting here, proud in many ways of our players and manager for taking it so seriously and of the fans for being so instrumental in the campaign

Can't really argue with the result but you do have to wonder if we had Been given one of those stonewallers, Referee had a shocker.
Nathaniel Clyne is fast becoming my favourite player, another great performance from him. He's been brilliant since January and looks a snip at £10million. Him and Kolo only players to come out of the game with any credit.
Big summer ahead, on the face of it we've had a really poor season. However 2 cup finals and only 6 points off the Champions League spot despite playing the reserves for the last 10/15 games of the season.
One plus point of tonight is that there'll be no sentimentality when ripping this side apart. Obviously it's a blow with no Champions League football but the lure of working with Klopp is probably bigger then playing for the club in reality

How bad is Moreno?
The guy is a new benchmark for terrible defending, Djimi Traore we hardly knew ye
I don't even think he's anything particularly special going forward to make up for it. I mean he's fast and will put in the occasional cross or try a shot from range but that's what every wide man (be they full back or midfielder) can do. Liverpool surely won't persist with trying to force a player out of him, him and Mignolet have dropped more bollocks in Liverpool's defence than puberty has worldwide ever

Finally home. Great couple of days even that second half couldn't spoil.
Done in though, looking forward to a small break from football and drinking now.
