Today was the first time I've ever heard Paula Radcliffe as a pundit and I've decided that she's a cunt, am I correct in my assumptions?

Utterly inept is fair, but cunt? How so?
She literally says nothing of value at all but I''ve never really been angered by her

Mad that Prescod wasn't even in that 4x100 squad. There really is a base to build off for the future there. To think what Gemili could've done in the 200m on that form.
Also, if last night proved anything it was that sport doesn't owe anyone happy endings.

Cunt. Eh, bit harsh for me, I'll retain cunt to describe the likes of Cram who outright refuses to entertain any possibility whatsoever that Farah has questions to answer about his training methods and links to questionable athletes but is quick as a flash to bring up any other athletes doping history and questionable actions. The Semenya thing is difficult, they were trying to squeeze a ridiculously complex problem into a five minute discussion and none of them really knew an answer so were throwing out suggestions. If I remember correctly she was never pushing for that as a solution, merely an option in the middle of a discussion, and even that stemmed from one of our girls finishing outside the top three at the Worlds and complaining about "them", meaning athletes with higher testosterone levels.

Also, I'm well aware of Farah's quesitonable links but the Ethiopan drug testing is an absolute farce. And doubts aren't quelled when you find out that the bloke who won last night is allegedly 23 years old. My arse.

Was in the stadium and for about 2 secs I thought Martyn Roooney was going to take that 4x400m. Also, lol at GB hitting their medals target with those four relays.

Yeah on that back stretch I had a feeling he had a bit of a kick in him.
Medal target of 6-8, we get 4 from the relays and the other 2 were from Mo lol, absolute reach to get there.

Christian Coleman is a freak. Reckon he goes 9.7 this year, maybe even into 9.6
