Generally best to ignore Twitter at times like this or you'll end up thinking it was a transsexual midget with no arms and his donkey apprentice

People dying fucking sucks. Cryuff was a right fucking gut punch. If this game is played for another millenia he'll still be one of the greatest players ever and he's dead. One of those players whose genius crossed generations. My dad was astounded by the turn when it happened and then 20 years later when he showed it to me I was equally amazed. He bought people together and to not be around anymore despite bringing such joy to people is just shit. It just hurts and it's pointless. We spend such a large period of our lives aiming to "improve" ourselves, purely so eventually we can earn slightly more than the person that lives next to us instead of aiming to bring the joy that Cryuff bought to people's lives. Obviously none of us had the pure talent that Cryuff had but to spend our entire lives creating capital for other people higher up in the chain is perverse. The aim of our society is to provide wealth for the wealthy and to leave the middle and working class in equitable conditions. Nothing that would cause us to rise up, but equally nothing that would truly cut into the ruling classes profits. Fuck this system. We spend our lives helping the rich get richer purely so we can live and have social lives. My drunk self feels as though my socialist self frees himself too easily but we live in under a "democracy" of the ruling class who force us into wars where our soldiers fight purely to expand our influence upon the world, whether our reasons are right or wrong. Corbyn is not the man I fully stand behind, but compared to anyone else in the commons, at leasst he has integrity. At least amognst his defence of the IRA McDonell actually states his principles rather than pretending cutting the benefits for disabled people will help them. At least one party is attempting to not hurt those in our society most vulnerable.
One small consolation for Cameron is that his slaughter of untold numbers of Arabian men is only worth 40 years in jail according to the European courts.

If you aren't watching the Boat Race because you hate posh people, might be worth putting on because there's a very real chance of at least one boat sinking.

Was literally all I was rooting for.
Whoever thought having Seann Walsh being interviewed whilst on the lash would be a good idea?

Hope we don't have to trade him to evolve him to his final form, can't be doing with even less activity.
