Getting my first dose of the big Pfella Saturday next week so within the next couple of months my whole family will be jabbed. Get in. Had mine earlier, text this morning, booked within the hour and in and out within ten minutes. Still utterly surreal to be in a queue with loads of people for a vaccine that's not even a year old to protect you from a disease that's 18 months old. Wasn't actually that fussed on having it any time soon as I still have antibodies, all those in my household are fully vaccinated already. So it was purely a selfish decision of wanting to travel sooner rather than later.

I’m not in a mad rush myself either tbh. For the last few months I’ve basically lived as I did prior to the pandemic but it’s more to appease my mum than anything. Not to say I don’t appreciate it, I’ve been lucky not to get covid as of yet and to have a parent working in the NHS to get on the reserve list prior to it being available for my age group.

I've been fully vaccinated for three weeks now with the dud. (AstraZeneca) I've still got a bruise on my arm.

I booked my when appointments first went online for 32+ on Saturday and have to wait until 5th June which is a bit annoying. At least I got my second dose booked together with it.

And yet people who were praising him are now doubting his credibility.
I'm beyond caring now, country is fucked, general public don't care about corruption and Boris is teflon.
If 100'000 dying unnecessarily actually leads to an increase in popularity then we may as well just give up with democracy as a concept.

Was able to drink cans, go paintballing/Zorb football earlier today. Jesus, being able to do things again socially with other people makes the world of difference.

How long did vaccine side effects last for people? Had my first jab (Pfizer) Monday 12:30 and felt fine until about 6pm Tuesday where I suddenly felt absolutely wiped, proper flu-like symptoms. Just had a horrendous night’s sleep as well, been awake since about 5am feeing rotten.

Odd, I had none of that with Pfizer beyond just a dead arm for a few days.

First jab was 2/3 days, 2nd jab was just a dead arm for the night.

I’ve heard of more people struggling with the second Pfizer jab. Same as DJED, mines wasn’t much more than a dead arm for a few days.
