Thinking about this question has proper depressed me lol, can't remember the last time I felt no stress. Guess the last time I was fairly content was probably about year 9/10.

Was probably at Halloween. Went with a group of friends to a friend's house and we watched a film, had a few beers (I had water haha) and just talked for hours. Might not seem much but it was just great to have stress-free evening with people I love and care about.

Trololol
In all seriousness on the stress point, if that stress is brought on by trying to push yourself to do something that will bring you some sort of contentment (in work, relationships, whatever) then it's kind of ok in the big scheme of things. You only really get meaningful satisfaction out of things in life which require effort. But if that stress is part of some perpetual negative cycle then obviously it's not. And given that most of us can't see the future trying to distinguish between those two scenarios is the hard part. Anyway, that's my amateur psychology done for the day.

I would say i'm much the same as danielt. Never really get depressed and always feel pretty good with life. Although when my granny got diagnosed with Alzheimers it hit me hard. Especially when i hardly get to see her with me being away at Uni. To answer the question, the last time i actually felt "great" would probably be this summer and all the laughs i had with my mates back home.

Had a pretty up and down year to be honest. Hasn't been wonderful. Probably the worst year of my life.
First thing that happened was my girlfriend's brother dying suddenly. Then 4 weeks later my dad died. I was at the funeral when I get a phone call from my sister telling me my dad had died.
Never had to deal with things like this before but it hasn't knocked me too badly. Obviously at the time it did and I still get a bit down about it from time to time, but I think I've handled this year quite well and I'm certainly not depressed or anything like that.
On the positive side I passed my driving test this year, and left a job I hated for a new job on more money which I actually enjoy.
So in answer to the question I would say I feel content now. Obviously there's things I wish I could change but I'm still happy with life.
