Looking likely that he'll be here for a while.
Without exaggeration, this is literally the worst thing that's ever happened.

You are not commenting factually. You said you think it was his coaches to blame at first, that's not factual, that's a theory, a poor one at that. You are so unbelievably stubborn, wow... Please direct me to the post in which I say "AVB's coaches are to blame for his sacking" you're making things up to support your argument. I alluded to the possibility that he didn't have anyone by his side to help him in areas he struggles in. What you've said is not true. I literally cannot be arced to continue this argument. Once again you're hanging on semantics to claim you're not even slightly being ridiculous, but almost everyone one here will agree with me when I say that you're coming across as unnecessarily bitter about a manager that has only slighted you by failing to succeed at your club. Get the fuck over it.

Rumours he might be going to West Brom? He's fallen on his feet if he manages that, just as Watford was going south.

Valencia have sacked Miroslav Djukic too, another manager brought in for a "project" than sacked in the pursuit of short-termism. Interesting one that, AVB might do well at Valencia.

It's a shame to see AVB gone. Still seems strange to give a manager 100 million to spend then sacking him before the team really gels. But if the last few results aren't worth a sacking nothing is.
He'd do well back in Portugal imo.

Fuck Levy and football right now. Capello? What a joke. No long term prospects, not to mention the fact that he has to be one of the most famous defensive-minded managers. If that's how Levy wants to win back the fans given the most enjoyed periods for fans are when we're free flowing then he's even more out of touch than I first thought.
Re Baldini's role... constructive dismissal anyone?
Sherwood being given Wednesday's game off the back of the u21 success I'd imagine.

SIGN HIM UP JOSE! Also to be fair to Mike re bitterness and AVB, from my experience and watching interviews there is no man in football with a bigger chip on his shoulder than Villas Boas. And I was a big defender of him when he was at Chelsea. He should have stayed at Porto another few seasons.
