Maybe so, but the BBC isn't a machine, it's run and edited by people, who quite naturally have an opinion or lean a certain way on some things.
I'm sure, were the BBC leaning Yes, you wouldn't be as bothered by them impartial service it is supposed to provide.

It will be either way. Seeing as Independence won't happen until 2016.

Surely then the "bias" would be evened out with pro-Yes articles on the BBC, seeing as the polls are practically 50-50.

The BBC's articles don't have to reflect the polls.
If you dislike the BBC's 'bias' it's quite simple, pay no attention to it. The BBC aren't going to sway a Yes voter. I mean it may make us think that the No vote is more strongly backed but the polls are there to see for us to disprove that. It makes absolutely no difference the BBC supposedly being biased.

I mean it may make us think that the No vote is more strongly backed but the polls are there to see for us to disprove that. It makes absolutely no difference the BBC supposedly being biased. My point about the polls was countering your argument that the articles are written by people and so they just happened to lean one way or the other. If that was the case there would be an equal amount (or at least some!) leaning towards Yes. Pay no attention to it? I'm fucking paying for it. The BBC being biased makes a lot of difference to a political campaign and it amazes me that people don't see this. Many watch the BBC for news as they believe it to be an impartial source as it is publicly funded and it claims to be. Other media organisations being biased is a disappointing fact, but as private companies they are going to reflect their owners views and pander for viewership. The BBC should be nowhere near that practice. There is a protest in Glasgow today about the BBC's bias. Will be interesting to see how the BBC reports it.

Oyarzabal you've turned into one of these slack jawed retards that spend their lives sharing posts from wings over Scotland and calling it impartial

If you wish to provide any evidence that any of the stuff I have shared is untrue then I am all ears (or eyes).

He didn't say any of it was untrue.
But he is right.

I'm not, it's just that you're sharing all of this pretty much for your own benefit. I knew what side I'd taken before we even had a referendum, I think jambo is the same and I'm not sure who else other than that shaunie (always a yes voter) would even need convincing at this stage. I see people make 5-6 posts on Facebook a day for absolutely no fucking reason other than for fellow yes voters to congregate together and quote lyrics to the proclaimers or something. You've got your opinion and I've got mine and I'm not having a go or telling you you're wrong
I don't even know where I'm going with this now, peace and love

I believe it will be a no vote because of the undecided people. Something like, what, 17% were undecided? If you're undecided on the day then you're more than likely going to vote no than yes.
