Reading 'Tales From Moominvalley' atm. Like a boss.
Also Sartre's 'Existentialism and Human Emotions'. And an architecture book called 'The Edifice Complex'.

About halfway through 'Tales from the House of the Dead' by Dostoevsky. Its pretty good. I like his style and the fact that I think the majority of it can just be attributed to Dostoevsky's own time spent in Siberia. Enjoy the parts, like in 'Crime and Punishment', where it sort of just hits you that its quite political/driven by his ideals although he does well to disguise it at times. Not sure which I prefer out of the former or C & P. The end of the latter was brilliant so I'm quite excited to get through the second half of this one.
Also read about a third of Sebastian Faulks' 'A Possible Life' which is brilliant as ever. Probably have it on par with Girl at the Lion D'Or. Has started off strong as hell, just hoping the next four parts live up to the first.

Recommendations anyone? If anyone knows any wrestling books that are decent I'd be interested in them, but I'm looking for anything really, preferably lighter reading than the likes of Dostoevsky though.

Need to get back into novel reading, the Stalingrad book is great but I've not picked it up for two weeks.
Thinking The Stand by Mr. Stephen King.

Just about to finish 'The Handmaid's Tale' by Margaret Atwood which comes with muchas recomendiaciones. Then it's on to 'Capital in the Twenty-First Century' by Thomas Piketty to find out why the world is essentially fucked. Malcolm Gladwell's new book is also on my radar.

Finished Catch-22 some time ago. Easy 5/5 even though I thought about 100 pages or so could have been lifted without detriment to the novel.
Reading Wolf Hall atm alongside Dostoevsky's House of the Dead. Haven't read whether Wolf Hall is completely historically accurate but it was heralded as a pretty great take on the Tudors. Writing style is smooth.
Dunno whether to start The Book Thief or The Goldfinch next. Might keep the Goldfinch on the shelf as Tartt is hardly known for her regular releases.

Yeah Catch-22, heard nothing but good things about it. It's a book I've seen in shops dozens of times as well, must pick it up next.

Definitely man. It's not what I expected from a war novel but then again it took Heller like twelve years to write it so over time I suppose his mood towards the war lightened. So unbelievably funny in places, the conversations are an absolute killer when reading it in public haha.
