What does quality actually mean though? Bought a pair of skinny black jeans from a Chinese shop for a tenner nearly two years ago and they're still.in good condition and haven't faded. Good quality imo

Good quality imo Put those ten pound jeans next to a pair of £95 Levis and you'll be able to tell the superior pair of jeans. Ask yourself why a company/shop/whatever would sell a quality pair of jeans for a tenner.

Price doesn't equate to quality, just saying In almost every case when it comes to purchasing items from a retailer it does - from my experience, at least. Cashis What makes them superior though? I'm not sure I can quantify it though I'm sure there's plenty of articles online which could. You just know. I've had cheap jeans and expensive jeans and it's obvious which ones are better when you've got them on.

Fuck paying £50 on a pair of jeans, most I've ever spent on a piece of clothing that wasn't football related was probably a Superdry hoodie and I still went to Cheshire Oaks to get it on the cheap.
Buy all my jeans from Primark and they're good value for money as far as I'm concerned.

You're saying that the more you pay, the better the quality is, when it's not. I can find better quality than the £50 ones Topman are selling for a cheaper price. £95 Levi jeans are good quality, but they're not £95 worth quality, you're paying extra for the name as well.

Avoiding sitting on the fence Shortman syndrome but low and behold I'm in the middle.
I've only once spent more than £30 on a pair of jeans and even that was about £45, I'd never pay more, I don't care how good they look or feel, I can get jeans that look good on me, and feel good, for £20-£30 and that's fine by me on the odd occaision I wear them.
I remember when I first discovered Primark for clothes, I splashed out on a few pairs of £6 jeans. Wore them once, then gave em to charity. Horrible, uncomfortable, cheap.
To an extent, you do get what you pay for, but there's a limit to that and it gets to a point when you stop paying for quality and start paying for the label that's stitched into it.

I said the more money you pay the better quality the product is in most cases, yes. If anyone can provide evidence to the contrary I will happily listen. It's not a coincidence that the branded "names" are better physical quality compared to the usual 2 for £50 guff (imo).

Price doesn't equate to quality, just saying True, just look at Jack Jones jeans. Expensive, yet uncomfortable as fuck.
