Three at the back and Cassano? Admittedly I haven't watched them since about Euro 2012, but they got a reputation for always playing 3 at the back despite only actually doing it in one game.

Darmian will probably play at right back, De Sciglio left back, they won't play 5 at the back at the WC imo, and Cassano will be a sub at best.
Other than that, that team's not far off imo.

Was reading that the reason he got cut was because Prandelli wasn't convinced that he was fully fit. But if he is that's a poor decision.

I fancy Italy they are the ultimate competition team.
They're always a great team to bet on cos they never show any form in the qualifying/warm up games so their odds drop but it's different once it gets going.
Think they have a good chance if they get out of their group cos they've a good record in Americas world cups, climate is similar also played well in the Confed Cup last year.
