You normally support Italy though I'm sure I've seen? Might have missed something though. The 'I don't support England' Englishmen and the ones who rejoice in their defeats really just piss me off though.

Nah I have rooted for them in the past (and posted about it) but I can't stand Prandelli anymore and some of the squad selections are mind-boggling. And as I said in the general discussion forum: I don't really have a national identity be it in everyday life or in sports.

He gets results though, Euro 2012 final and should have been in the Confederations Cup final.
Squad selections are overrated, some players will barely play if at all. The core players are who matter. As Ferguson once said in most games you're happy if you have eight players playing well, the rest being carried or performing a tactical job. You don't really need four world-class strikers or four playmakers.

True,but his code of ethics bullshit is just boring now and has absolutely no sense. Plus,his squad selection is more reputation based than anything recently. I mean Gilardino over Toni (who's scored 20 goals so far in the league)? Really? Even Graziano Pellè would be a better option than Gilardino and either Pellè or Toni would offer a physical presence that only Balotelli would be able to offer (and only when he's arsed otherwise he's invisible). The sad thing is he'll be played over Immobile too.
Not even going to start on Montolivo getting picked...

Has Montolivo been shit this year then? Always thought he was a good player but I suppose if he's one of the main midfielders for Milan and they're struggling like they are then that's not a good sign.

Been absolutely atrocious. And it doesn't help that he's Milan's captain yet has zero charisma off and on the pitch so in difficult times (like this season) he's useless.
