I don't know anything about anyone so I should be the interviewer as I would be the most impartial.

Once an interviewee is chosen could you not make it that everyone can ask them a maximum of 3 questions or something? Rather than just having one person conduct the interview?
Also I suppose I wouldn't mind being interviewed

Nah one on one is better. Otherwise you end up with stupid questions like what's your favourite pizza topping. This. One on one has a better flow too |

It'll work well if it's one on one because then it's not just boring question after question, it'll be (hopefully) slightly more engaging.

Can't remember if you've said you'll be interviewed or not but it's now a stick on that you will get asked your favourite pizza topping if you do. Edit: Oops, just seen the pizza topping thread haha
