Saffers look insanely up for this, Scotland could be in trouble unless they calm things down
Think rugby fans forget how small the sport is really, this world cup has been great because traditionally weaker teams have been extremely competitive, but most years you know exactly who is going to the 1/4 finals

The problem with union is that there is too many players. Sure it probably makes the tries more spectacular, the two Australian tries there were good to watch, but the excitement and skill (for lack of a better word) is few and far between. For me anyway. Mainly because there isnt enough space.
I'm not sure they'd change an entire sport just for me though.

he'll be gone after this but i think Lancaster has done a brilliant job to help England escape the doldrums of the Martin Johnson era but his whole tenure will be remembered for that 20minute debacle in the Welsh game.

The 7's is a bit mad, I wouldn't go that far. But 11's would be a start. Maybe we could compromise on 13. I'm gonna send Clive Woodward an email tomorrow.

Bye bye England. They had a brutal group in fairness but still they weren't good enough. Australia were fantastic though.

Small margins, let the game slip against Wales and there's the makings of a very good team that are shackled by being English, what with the expectation and restrictions on their creativity that comes with big games.

In about a year 3 world cups in 3 different sports and not gotten out the group stage of any of them :/

Yeah not only just injuries but injuries to some of their best players. Even before the injuries though, England have been better than Wales over the past 2 years and with home advantage at the World Cup, I would have expected them to beat them.
