Saw this elsewhere and actually thought it was quite a decent topic. You can keep it domestic or continental.
Domestically, there's so many different choices. The immediate ones that come to mind are Mudryk, Richarlison, Lingard.
Absolutely zero return from huge outlays.
But also saw shouts for Phillips, Maupay, Sterling, Cucurella, McKennie, Aubameyang all of which are valid.
Anybody else I'm forgetting?
Checking last summer's transfers and a few more I could add are Anthony and Coutinho.
In Europe there's not too many given their relative lack of spend but Raphinha isn't getting a good rep from Barca fans, De Ketelaere at Milan is woeful, and there's a few PSG players you could chuck in too.

Mudryk is harsh, when I've watched Richarlison I genuinely don't think he's been that bad, and everyone bar Kane has struggled for goals there so I find it tough to single him personally out. Lingard isn't on the wages everyone assumed so if that's a 1 one year deal its not too bad imo. How can the answer for a player not be Cucurella? He's had ample playing time and has been really poor.

I know they didn’t pay for him but Pogba’s return to Juventus has been a huge flop.
