Chips with a curry? Ffs man, some of you people My missus has chips with hers. Complete and utter disgrace, unforgivable act IMO. She also butters her naan. Might just knock her out tonight.

Usually go for one of Rogan Josh, Bhuna or Dopiaza with pilau rice, garlic naan and a couple of poppadoms. Slightly away for curry, EastZEast near me do a fucking amazing Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese). Definitely top of my list when ordering an Indian. Literally just eaten but now I want a curry.

Went to my local curry house last night, asked for the hottest curry they had and it barely did owt to me. Love the sensation of my mouth being on fire but nowhere does a hot enough curry nowadays. Ever had phall?

Would you describe the taste of it as 'phallic'?
Teehee.

There's different types of curry other than chicken or beef.

Keep it simple with either chicken or beef. Lamb is the best for curries.

I think that's like the only one I've yet to try. Well, the going story is that it's a curry designed purely to be hot and little else and I don't even know if it has a set recipe beyond add meat and lots of chilis. I've asked for it a couple of times from my local, and it's definitely been hotter than everything they have on their menu.

Onion, pepper and mushroom almost always feature. Usually use potato and kidney beans (or salted peanuts) as well. Usually stick in broccoli, cauliflower if I have any in the freezer. Might use turnip, swede, squash, parsnip if they're on offer/reduced in the supermarket (no point paying full price cos I'm not gonna use it all), otherwise stick in carrot, courgette, babycorn, peas, that sort of stuff if not.
I usually put a fuckload of veg in, don't want too much sauce leftover.
