Meal was sound, tbf. Not sure why it was so empty, must have been one of them days. It's still open so I don't think it's that common to be so empty. By empty, I meant there was maybe 3 or 4 tables in, not completely empty. A few tables filled up after we got in, but it wasn't particularly busy.

An empty place is either a sign of poor quality food or just poor marketing tbh
I always felt really bad going to this little noodle place that had huge portions and great food but was always dead and we were the only customers for ages, yet one street away but on the high street some utterly awful noodle bar offering three grains of rice and a bit of popcorn chicken for the same price was thriving because people have tunnel vision.

I imagine it's the latter. I was fairly drunk at the time, but I remember enjoying the food and I wasn't ill the next day. High praise indeed.
It's on Liverpool Street, so just off Deansgate. There's another (busier) curry house on Deansgate. Only reason we looked there was we were further up Liverpool Road, otherwise we'd have gone to the other place (iirc that's where we were heading anyway)

(I MEAN THE FOLLOWING WITH NO RACIST MEANING) To be fair they probably live there aswell D: Had a Prawn Malayan with Mushroom Rice and the best Naan, Keema. Curry was absolutely minging. Like a shit Korma with a pineapple in it.

Buttering Naan bread sounds awful... Can't imagine that going down well with my peschwari naan.
Anyone ever tried Chinese Curry? That's awesome.

When I was in the phase of home cooking currys I once or twice put noodles in to thicken it, for this act am I a complete cunt?
Also ripped up a spicy peporami and stuck it in a curry once lol
