Making pizzas from scratch (base and all) is the fucking titties and is my favourite thing ever. Been doing them for a few weeks now, going mad on the toppings, I made one for my missus last night and even put some wotsits on it
Gonna make a fruit crumble tonight like a right old noofter

Having a couple weeks off drink has driven me to being very productive. Had proper meals all weekend and the flat is spotless. For this afternoons task I will be attempting,

Making proper meals all week to prevent eating some shitty easy frozen food. Amazing how cheaper a weekly shop can be when you buy good food and plan the week out.

What did you do? I always end up spending more when I'm cooking all week as I end up doing loads of stuff with either mince or chicken

Pancetta and pepper piperade. Which is just a glorified Spanish tomato and egg. It's chicken twice the week though, just easy to cook with

Anyone tried Red's True BBQ? Went the other night and it was absolutely lovely, surprised as I was expecting another standard BBQ restaurant chain but it was much better than that tbf.

Moussaka is a lot of work but it's definitely got a good enough pay off.
Could definitely make it better and I know what's missing from it.

Nothing is disgusting if you can cook well enough.

I’ve been eating relatively well for the last few months, gone from just under 12 stone a year ago to currently at 12stone3 and the other week decided to use a bit of spare cash for a meal prep service, got ten meals a week, all macros provided for £50p/w.
Anyway, came off that last week and already bored of cooking again, want to throw together some things I’ve never made before. One of the big ones for me is curry goat. One of my facourite meals but can’t seem to find goat anywhere. Obviously not the biggest Caribbean, South-East Asian diaspora here either so Im a bit stuck on that.
Did find an old slimming world recipe book my parents used a few years ago that had some unbelievable meals in it, so I’m hoping that revitalises my love for cooking again because I don’t want to start eating terribly again and also don’t wanna pay £50 a week to have someone else cook for me (even though I don’t think that’s expensive at all tbh).
