Agree that they are the best part so hope they're still doable with a controller.
Basically anything that isnt grinding is great on GT. The GT-R Nurburgring world record challenge on 5 was so much fun.

Bit of an unfair comparison given the ones on the left being next gen like, but they look class.
If anyone wants a laugh, look for an NBA 2K14 vs NBA Live 14 comparison. Shows how inept EA can be.

Just got a 3ds, been playing A Link Between Worlds for the past two days and it's just brilliant. Dungeons are so well designed, and I thought the painting bit would just be a a stupid gimmick but it is used really well in the game. Came very close to my favourite link game of all time, but ocarina of time is still too good.
What other great games are there for the 3ds? Probably going to get fire emblem next, looks quality.

Telltale Games are massively pissing me off. This wait for new Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us episodes is ridiculous.

They're so bloody good as well. They're making a Game of Thrones one for anyone who doesn't know. I'm not even interested in The Walking Dead or the Fables comics and I'm itching for the new ones, not going to be able to deal with this wait for GoT.

I've got an idea I've had in my head for the last few days:
Top 5/10 games of your childhood/growing up.
1.) Crash Bandicoot (PS1) First game I ever owned along with Porsche Challenge which was immense also! Never got further than about 10 levels into this and cheated the rest!
2.) Legend Of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (N64) Possibly one of the earliest games that I spent the most time on trying to 100%! Replaying it again on my 3DS now!
3.) Metal Gear Solid 2: Subsistence (PS2) Played alongside a mate we finished the game on easy in one day after a 12 hour grind through getting every bit of the story!
4.) Pokemon Blue (GBC) 'cause Red's shit. School trips with this was mayhem with the entire bus fighting each other. The one lad with the link cable was the most popular!
5.) Final Fantasy X (PS2) First FF game and it's also the bloody longest it seems, use to sit there and play blitzball like it was FIFA or PES.
6.) World of Warcraft (PC)
7.) Conker's Live & Reloaded (XBOX)
8.) PES 6 (PC)
9.) Timesplitters 2 (PS2)
10.) Goldeneye (N64)
I'll do write ups for the rest but first i gotta get drunk!

Mine is pretty much Half-Life, Metal Gear Solid, Sonic in 2D era, Rollercoaster Tycoon and Command & Conquer pre-EA.

Exonerator With a controller, it's probably nigh-on impossible. So many to choose from because that's part of the attraction of the game. Really is no straightforward way of saying high bhp, low weight, rwd or whatever is best because each car handles uniquely. Best bet is using the recommended cars feature for each class and picking one of them. Make sure you modify it so that it's right on the pp limit for each class and you should walk each race tbh. Is this GT5 or GT6? If it's 6 then do some of the seasonal or red bull events before going into the proper license races because they give you a fair wad of cash allowing you to modify the car easily. I'm not going to invest in a steering wheel so I'll try my best with a controller and if not, give up hopes of getting platinum. Believe it or not I'm actually enjoying the B-class a bit more, because you can just choose a car, stick with him for the first couple of laps and then go and do whatever you want knowing he's in the lead. It's frustrating sometimes when he won't overtake the other drivers but that's part of the fun of it, I guess. I've found myself doing the special events which are quite fun but also annoying, which I'm assuming is because I'm using a controller. I think the best thing about the game is actually having to buy different cars for different races, tuning them up and then watching them blitz past everything in sight. This is GT5 by the way,

The latest Gran Turismo games to me have been nothing more than the best tech demos ever made (gameplays been uninspiring and dull). For me they kinda lost their way after GT3.
