BBC coverage of this is annoying me, mostly the commentary. Andrew Castle is such a wang. Takes a very short-sighted view of everything. When Djokovic was a break up in the first he was getting so far ahead of himself, basically implying it was almost over already, then when Djokovic was injured suddenly Murray was going to run away with it.

Said at the start Murray outlasts Novak. Still can't pick it though, real possibility of Murray crumbling in this fourth set, real possibility he scrapes it, and so on, quality so far has been immense though.
If it wasn't for the adverts I'd be watching on Eurosport, their coverage has been excellent as has their commentary.

Disappointing but Djokovic is a beast, Murray just can't keep up that intensity on every big occasion, he has shown he can do it before but it's sporadic, Djokovic brings that 90% of the time on the big occasion and that's the difference.
Still, he'll jump back in the top 4 and hopefully this can be the year Djokovic will dethrone Rafa on clay and if Murray can have a good grass season mixed with Federer continuing to falter, it's not out of the realms of possibility he could be up to #2 in the world going into the US Open.

Djokovic didn't make an error in the first 20 minutes and Murray still took him to a tie break. Unreal level of tennis in the first 2 sets.
Bollocks that people are focusing on Murray's negativity and digging out Mauresmo at fault, did they not see Novak's constant negativity? Simple answer was that Djokovic was able to stay at a higher level than Murray, which isn't surprising given the first two sets took two whole hours and I reckon whoever lost the 3rd set would have collapsed simply because they would have known they'd not have the energy to go for another two hours.

And he wins!
Nadal down to 7th in the world, Djokovic surely the favourite at Roland Garos now?
Two clay court titles in a week for Andy after going an entire career without one.

Djokovic loses out and has Nadal placed on his quarter of the draw. Possible quarter final.

Bit ridiculous how Nadal is only 6th seed for the French Open. Should be number 1 seed until he retires. Has lost one game in ten years.

It's based on ATP rankings and points gained over the previous 12 months so every tournament you're in, you're essentially defending your points from the previous year. Nearly all his points from last year came from the clay court season too and with him having a disappointing clay court season so far, if he loses to Djokovic tomorrow, he'll lose a ton more points (he currently has around 4,500 and 2,000 comes from French Open alone - and if he loses in QF he'll lose 1,640 of them) which means he'll likely go into Wimbledon at around 10-11th seed which means he could have a toughish R16 match.

I think there should be tournament history taken into account, especially when it's probably the greatest tournament history of all time.

I agree to an extent, and iirc Wimbledon takes a mixture of world rankings and 2 years worth of grass court form into account for their seedings, but realistically he's been poor on clay this year and it's unfair on the likes of Ferrer and whoever it was who snuck into 4th (Wawrinka?) if they're not benefitting from their hard work year round at the slams because of a sort of protected seeding.
Nadal Djokovic should be a barnstormer, I fancy Novak to win it in 4, and I think Murray will struggle against Ferrer but if he gets through he has a real shot at getting to the final.

Berdych was #4, only one of the top eight to not make the quarters though, Wawrinka is only #8 (Nishikori and Ferrer are the #5 and #7).
I'd like to see Djokovic face Nadal, Murray and Federer to win his first French, although Federer is a set down to Wawrinka atm.
A piece of the stadium fell off on Chatrier during Nishikori/Tsonga, one of the ones that keeps birds off the scoreboard with huge spikes, could've been terrible but seems like only one guy was hurt enough to have to leave.
