It won’t, absolutely no reason why it would either. He’s going to want to use the stadium and the FA will still be based there. Lots of Brexit-style nonsense on Twitter but if the money was used correctly it would be a good idea.
Don’t know why England touring the country is a bad thing either, it was much better when they did that while Wembley was being developed anyway.

The BBC is reporting that the FA have received an £800m offer to buy Wembley. if that were to happen, what would then happen to things like the FA Cup semis and final, League Cup final, England games etc? Would they then play them at different venues, like Spain do? That is the best case scenario for England fans I think. Seems like his plan is still for it to be the "home" of English football but there would be less pressure for the FA to play the semi finals and England friendlies there. He's said it's not to move the Jags there either. It's just a business decision as I'm sure owning a stadium like that in London can prove to be very profitable if it's in the right hands.

Chelsea's new stadium now not happening because of the "unstable economic climate". Or, rather, because Abramovich has lost his UK visa.
Manager pretty much on the way out, keeper not renewing his contract, stadium now not being built and an ageing squad. Critical next few months for Chelsea.

JUST FUCK MY FUCKING SHIT UP
rumours about the security system concerns being absolute bollocks and it's down to inflating costs related to the value of the £ and subsequent contractor disputes over payments

As in they've run out of money?
Not a surprise, and sensible business practice to have paid for Wembley as an insurance but I'd expect a bit of a push-back from fans who fully bought into and believed it would all be good and done on time.

I think we might have, tbh.
Pochettino said in his press conf the other day he the stadium cost was £700-800m not £450m, and all but implied that one of the influences in our transfer window was the cost of the stadium which is what's being bandied around now online.
Seems another large part of it is the target dates for completion were unrealistic, and now they've been missed the firms are going to be hit with huge charges to compensate spurs/enic. But they likely are going to oppose them because of the unrealistic dates
Should have known it was all going tits up when they were recruiting just about any labourer with a btec for about £30 an hour during the world cup. (Obviously not that drastic but the drive to have people on site 24 hours a day was massive)
