Realised that having an office job having gone from being active all day is gonna fucking kill me so I’m playing football an extra once a week and walking to work (around 3 miles) as and when I can.
Just happened that today I did both. 12.7 miles done in total, 28k steps and 3500 calories burned later and my calves are gonna fight me at this rate.

If it’s the former I think they go for £100-ish. I was looking at them earlier in lockdown and baulked at the price cos I’m a massive cheapskate. Instead I use a pair of tote bags which I load with books or whatever else I’ve got around the house and they work perfect if you’re doing reasonably slow reps.

They have their own shop but sell on Amazon and eBay too.

I think this was me saying this and if so, this did not last. Once I started working from home it was game over Defo put on some new relationship weight and probably the heaviest I’ve been since my first year of uni so got a fella who does body transformations locally to coach me and just in the first week off the amount of walking and eating the right foods he’s got me doing I’ve lost 3lbs. I joined a gym in June thats 3 miles away so im just walking to that, doing my workout then walking back. The program im doing is 12 weeks so I know there’s gonna be a plateau in there somewhere but looking forward to seeing where im at in 3 months
