So, who's shredding and who's bulking? ange postecoslamp, how's the testosterone booster coming along? Any significant strength gains? I've ordered a 3 month supply so will start it next Monday. Weighed myself yesterday and I'm up to 186lbs, going to hit 200 then evaluate myself from there, maybe continue until March then cut until Summer. Have to throw this into the opening post:

Why do you need test boosters, lol? I could have sworn you're all < 20. What I'm doing... I prefer fullbody 3x a week.

6 exercises of 3x20 for abs? jesus christ you'll have a washboard soon enough. My abs couldn't take that in one workout I reckon. I full body workouts too although I prefer working different body parts on different days, back tomorrow, love working my back. How much you squatting, benching and deadlifting for those many reps @will?

Maybe 2015. rofl at planning a trip to australia for stereo ffs this year its over 2 days (sat + sun) basically people will go on saturday and take as much pills as they can, then go out for the night and return for sunday am going purely to go on a massive bender even though the crowd has extremely declined the past few years

Yeah it's aight, between that stuff and the creatine i've gained 4lbs in about a week and increased my max on bench and deadlift
horrible though, keep something handy to eat/drink after you use it, something to take the aftertaste away

You should try intermittent fasting and obviously keep going with cardio and weight training.

I suppose this can go here..
I finished uni in May 2010. Throughout uni I was playing for two football teams (Sun & Wed), training for one of them and had another 5 a side game.
I stopped playing Sunday's not much before I finished uni, playing that often was giving my back grief. 5 a side I slowly stopped attending and I finished playing for the Wednesday side when we got knocked out of the cup in April.
Since then I think I've been on about 3 jogs. No more than 5. Other than walking I've done fuck all since.
Going to play badminton with a few fat fellas from work tonight though cos they're a man short. I'm going to struggle big time and I'm going to get laughed at by fat men.

Just got gym membership through work - probably going to go tomorrow morning No idea what I'm going to do. Will probably just use the various cardio machines
