The award for most respected member is always one of the ones people actually care about winning, as much as anybody can care about an awards in which 10 people voted. Tied third with a vote apiece, g7vikings and sween. In second, @djed with 2 votes. But the clear winner, with 6 votes, is notpropaganda, an award not just given because he's (one of) the oldest here but because of his standing within the community. Really not a lot more to say about this one. Well done!

The Viva Fergie award for most missed member, which was named after one of the worst instances we've been through as a community, has gone a bit silly this year, with Mike, Wba4ever and Viva Fergie himself coming in third with only 1 vote each. With no malice intended at all, it's a very Viva Fergie thing to do to finish third in the award set up for you to win, bless him. In second place having just vanished into thin air and not because of his drainpipe skinny jeans, @eric with 2 votes. But this year's winner who'll hopefully pull a Robthegooner and turn back up to accept the award before vanishing for 12 months, @lazio with 5 votes.

Onto lighter subjects now with the award for the funniest member, one of the more subjective awards given the diversity of humour on here where on any given day we can go from Dan trying to show people pictures of Cashis' cock to a Germany's Top Scorer one liner to Heung-Min Pleat regaling us with stories of motherly affairs to a ange postecoslamp PL write-up complete with illustrations or sween somehow shoe-horning a 3-0 reference into every post for 48 hours. 3-0 references, Cashis' cock and cartoons were only good enough for a single vote each and so in tied third, sween, Dan and ange postecoslamp. Runner-up, possibly down to his postings being more quality than quantity, Germany's Top Scorer with 3 votes. This years funniest member with 4 votes, our resident milf shagging puntastic player naming roofer Heung-Min Pleat.

Brief interlude now for some DIY advice and a chance for me to get some food as this is taken far longer than expected. Enjoy

SNC TROLL D'OR The award that some people love to win whilst others will complain merely about being nominated. Make your own mind up about which case is which here, but in 3rd place with 1 vote, I don't think luisgarciaisgod will be too disappointed. Especially not when finding out that he was behind Dan, who got 4 votes, and this years winner Maskya Yoshida, who got 5. Be it constantly digging out @djed's moderating, desperately trying to defend Mike or just laughing at Liverpool/Jack Wilshere, you certainly can't argue Maskya Yoshida hasn't put the graft in for the award this year.

Best football poster up now. Again one of the better awards now, with people voting for the member they feel contributes best in discussing the main reason we're here; football. Be it offering sensible opinions, well constructed arguments or just generally being a decent contributor, the nominee's here are all members whose views and posts are respected. ChappyHova, with 2 votes, comes in third, possibly because most people don't actually read the Football League megathread where most of his contributions go. In second, Mycon with 3 votes, missing out on the top spot by a single vote to this years worthy winner for his many well constructed posts on Liverpool's bright future, g7vikings.

Now it's the Soccer Nerd Central version of the Turner prize; Turna's worst prediction of the year was only ever going to have one winner, purely for the absolute beauty of the timing of it. 1 person (It might even have been Heung-Min Pleat) felt that Heung-Min Pleat suggesting Liverpool_96 would stay away from Asian football betting, and 2 people felt suggesting Chelsea would win the league this season was worse. But no, the clear winner, sween for this gem; i don't think they actually care tbh. if someone reports you they just sent you that message and probably don't even look again good shout sween Essentially this;

Line of the Year is always another ballache of an award because nobody can ever remember stuff to nominate, but at least we've got a decent selection this year. #FreeBTS discussing his circle jerking past on Plug DJ got the solitary vote which was enough for third place. Tying for second place, @djed editing Mike's Lion of Judah rebirth to sign it off with "Peace out, A-Town down" and it going unnoticed, and the Lukas has no chill that daveyposhboy screenshotted from Plug DJ take second. The winner though, and reprinted here for you to enjoy, is David Pleat's Manchester United gay XI; Mankisser United: David De Gayer Fill Jones Kiss (my) Smallthing Tyler Blackdick Luke this Shaw feels different again Ashley Bums Bastian Shitstabber Dick Powell Jessy Lingard Manonman Fellatio Well Keane (on men) Subs: Sergio Rimero Manager: Louis Man Prowl

Football related awards now just to get them out of the way. The domestic league of the year award, quite literally just added for a bit of padding that now I've come to writing up these awards I'm really regretting, so you can settle with Bundesliga 2 votes 3rd Premier BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD League 3 votes 2nd and your best league, the Ukranian Premier League, with 4 votes, the league is averaging 2.75 goals a game and with the added drama of removing 2 teams to make it a 14 team league and the ever impeding threat of a Russian missile strike, fans really are constantly on the edge of their seats. With the lowest attendance in their league being 400 odd at a premier league game, it's no surprise you lot rate it so highly.

The PQTE award for best newbie is always a tough one for such an exclusive, unwelcoming clique such as ours, but we've had a plethora of new members this year. That is if you include people re-activating their accounts after leaving. Or search engine bots. Or stalkers from Neo. Or drug-fuelled rebirths. Either way, in 3rd place with 1 vote was Lion of Judaism, who wasn't actually a member because I swear it was Lion of Judah, but who am I to correct such a trivial thing? With 3 votes, Raj from New Delhi, who'd probably be chuffed at placing second ahead of the LOJ rebirth having made only a single post in response to it; here, if you're interested. In first place though, and to no great shock, ange postecoslamp with 6 votes who without any signs of the overwhelming hypocrisy of the situation will gladly take home the best newcomer award for the third year running. *fourth

SNC Save of the year and I hope I'm linking the right ones, De Gea vs Watford with 2 votes and Cech vs Liverpool (Benteke and Coutinho saves) likewise tying for second place. The clear winner though with what was probably not even a top 10 save for the human highlight reel himself, Manuel Neuer with this point blank stop vs Arsenal comes in first with 5 votes.

Most WTF football story this year couldn't have featured three more contrasting stories; coming in third (not a euphemism) is Benzema being implicated in a blackmail plot relating to a sextape of Valbuena. In second place is the great footballing story of Wales, Northern Ireland, England and the Republic of Ireland all qualifying for France 2016 whilst Scotland failed. Again. 3 votes, second place. The winner this year though, the human gorm machine, a man whose streak of good form is as long as his jaw is when he's answering a question, but the emergence of Harry Kane tops this award with 4 votes.
You're welcome LiamJM10

Last two awards and they're the relatively important ones (if anything here can be classed as important), starting with the most memorable forum moment. With 2 votes, Plug Dj in general, the reason of so many late starts at work, missed alarms, late nights, hits to Cashis' porn twitter, views on the tourettes Youtube video, to name but a few. In second place, Mike's meltdown, of which there wasn't actually any specific mention as from memory there were a few throughout the year, but with 3 votes it was only enough for second place. The winner this year of most memorable forum moment is also Plug Dj related, with Lukas spending actual real life money on a warrior avatar to do some tribal dancing, albeit short lived as Plug DJ soon closed down for good. Not before we managed to all bask in the joy that is this video;
