I loved England in 2004 and 2006 tbh, I don't know what it was, just so much fun to watch. Those times have always made me really like Sven. I don't even know if he's a good manager, he could be shite, but he made England good to watch. Ps  lol |

i am quietly hopeful tbh
with the possible exception of welbeck & jones, no one really appears to be freeloading in the squad - there's 21 players who have all earnt their place. i'm also happier we've got roy in charge than harry, because i couldn't handle more conversation about the manager than the team before the competition. i really like a lot of our players too - lallana, barkley, sterling, henderson, cahill, hart, shaw, baines, not just on a technical level either.
i'm optimistic and i refuse to bemoan and belittle our chances to prevent the probable disappointment if it doesn't pay off. i'm a spurs fan, i'm fucking trained for that
