Tracked it today, I'm walking between 8 and 10 miles a day at work, 5 days a week. Lols. Calfs should come out strong soon.

I've got legs tonight. It's quickly becoming my favourite day cos I've started doing squats and deadlifts.

Really want to start doing yoga, my dad swears by it. Improving my core in particular would be brilliant, it absolutely kills at festivals haha, was like an old man after 2 days at Glastonbury, kept having to sitting down because the bottom of my back ached so much.

Has anyone had a go at that Insanity workout? I would like to have a go at it but I'm certainly not paying £100 for it. Anyone use any torrents for it or anything else?

I've got legs tonight. It's quickly becoming my favourite day cos I've started doing squats and deadlifts. Used to be my favourite day too until the weights got too heavy and I'd have trouble walking for the following few days. Still do it, but no longer look forward to it haha. Back is my favourite now.

Whereabouts have you moved to Childish? After spending the weekend vomiting and having diarrhoea, I've decided to get healthy because how many people who eat properly get sick like that? A weak link maybe but I'm sticking to it, sick of feeling rubbish. Baby steps though, every time I've tried I try to change too much at once. I've cut out fizzy drinks, only drinking water although was curious if the likes of Powerade are good for you in moderation? Also cut out crappy foods that I snack on and just having fruit instead. I will get bored of that so will need to spice up my diet. I've never had a huge appetite in all honesty, dunno if that's part of the problem. Would wake up not hungry, go without breakfast and then by the time lunch came around I'd be starving and devour a huge unhealthy meal. Never eating at Subway again either. At least over here. I feel like food regulations aren't as strict over here or something. Looking into a cheap bike to cycle to work as well.

Everything's accessible, I just don't trust what I'm buying as much here as I would back home.
