I don't think so, I think SOS at most said you're gonna win the league and even if you don't you've been the best team in the league.
Still mental that Leicester won it, moreso that they only lost three times and more still that we beat them twice.
Spurs have only once got more points than this in the PL and that was the season they finished 5th. Speaks about the quality of the league this year.
Also, we are the only team Spurs have never finished ahead of in the PL. Explains Wenger's little fist pumps when fans were shouting him the scores.
Oh yeah and as for premature gloating I fucking cringed when at 2-0 our fans were chanting IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN.

See I've never known us to finish top 3, and I predicted we'd finish 6th and we've far exceeded that, you'd think it would be a good time to be a Spurs fan but in 20 years of throwing away leads, games, positions and points today feels like when we would finish meekly in 14th under Alan Sugar and be told to like it
I hate football, I hate feet, leather is a cunt, Tottenham is a dickhead club with a dickhead team in a dickhead part of the dickhead capital. They'll never amount to anything more than dickheads with as much fight as a punctured paddling pool. Even if we had finished second nobody would have cared or remembered, but our performances over the past few weeks have been utter dogshite. Just a sad and pathetic end to what is still our best PL finish ever. Levy saved a few bob though. Well done Arsenal, enjoy winning the league at a canter next season too. If I had to put money on a terror organistaion involved I would put it on some sort of IRA group. Recent threat level went up against dissident republicans etc Not that likely considering that most of them probably support United. |

Genuinly amazed you've bettered last season because you were high flying for most of that and up until recently you werent even on my radar. Considering Leicester took up one of the top 4 finishing 5th/6th ahead of some of the biggest clubs in the league is no joke. |

Alexis is the more likely to go but if he does it'll be to fund a move for Benzema/Higuain. Ozil is signing a new deal imminently. Can't fucking wait for everyone involved with that utter garbage to self-immolate, good riddance to the fucking lot of them, poisoning the fanbase and fueling extreme opinions to get airtime, fucking laughing stock. Second in the fucking league the self-entitled fucking gobshites, aye we want more but have some fucking perspective. |
