Seems the Chinese story is starting to pick up with various papers reporting it now as well (Financial Times being one which makes it sound legit seeing as they aren't really in the market for making up football stories). Some people saying if it went through it'd make us "richer" than City, PSG, etc. Plan seems to be to buy a minority stake which FSG have said they would be open to, then buy FSG out eventually. Edit... beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10097045 big clue?

Triple post yolo. Tony Barrett @tonybarrettimes Liverpool are considering allowing Mamadou Sakho to go out on loan as they look to get the defender back on track. Surely not, lol? No way can we end this window with Clyne, Moreno, Matip, Lovren and Klavan as our only senior defenders? Klopp has to have something up his sleeve in the next few days if that rumour is true. Also; forums.liverpoolfc.com/threads/386047-Jurgen-Klopp-s-decisions and so it's begun. Give it until Xmas (being generous) until people are wanting Klopp out.

I don't think people helped themselves at the time thinking he was some kind of messiah miracle manager and they're already sceptical less than a full year in his tenure.
He basically played with some other guys team last season and got them to a domestic cup final and a European final. I think that's a decent season even for a big club these days, especially for a Premier League club where it's super competitive. They finished 8th in a league season where any logic went out the window completely.

I'm not sceptical but he's fucked this summer up hugely. Most of us are happy with him being here but he seems to be trying something similar to what Rafa did at Chelsea and results aside, that went horribly.

I think that's one of his drawbacks. He doesn't seem to go for the marquee/top end/big name players that jump out to most people. He kinda goes the old Wenger route in finding some obscure player barely anyone has heard of and develops them into a potentially stand out name or a relatively reputable name from the tier of clubs just below the top tier. I don't know however whether his success at Dortmund could be attributable to their own infrastructure with coaching and scouting. Time will tell I guess whether he is a bit of a second coming of Wenger or whether Dortmund's infrastructure is remarkable, especially if Tuchel can come in and look just as good.
It maybe that he doesn't want to deal with big name egos so you can exclude the marquee signings that gets everyone excited. However as a Utd follower, that is something we've demonstrated can be a huge fucking letdown for the past three years.

Tony Barrett @tonybarrettimes Liverpool have made an £11m offer for Christian Pulisic, Borussia Dortmund's 17-year-old winger.
Haven't seen much of him but he turns out amazing on Football Manager. Good enough for SSN. Can't see Dortmund letting him go for anything near £11m. Also seen a few rumours going around that we'll try and get Charlie Taylor from Leeds.

Really hate internationals. I wish there was a way to have summer tournaments without the qualifying breaks during the season. Friendlies can go fuck themselves. I remember that fucker Henry Winter called someone anti-English on Sunday Supp cause they said they hated international breaks. Henry Winter is a chode.
