Think that game shows Poch ain't long for the sack tbh. Look at the extra time huddle or the way players just didn't seem to be playing for him. Literally his whole success at Spurs is as players seemingly running themselves ragged for him and he doesn't seem to have that but in from enough of the Chelsea squad. At the same time though, what’s the point? Literally every manager they’ve had since Lampard’s first reign looks like they’re struggling to get the best out a talented, but bloated squad which has constant turnover. I get asking the Chelsea board for rational thought is probably asking a lot but when on earth are they going to figure out that this is bigger than any manager? Colwill, Gusto, Palmer, Gallagher and Jackson are all looking improved under him so it’s not like there’s nothing there at all. Though if we’re talking specifically about yesterday, his in-game management was so poor, gave all the impetus back to Liverpool and his changes made Chelsea worse. But let’s face it they should have won that game in 90 minutes, they were pathetically bad in ET but they’re 11th in the Premier League and were better than the league leaders over 90 minutes, so I don’t think it’s as bad as is being reported. But that’s typical modern football, it’s either great or terrible with no room for nuance. That's partly my point, those players he's got on board but it feels like there's loads others who aren't buying into it. They're 11th in the league. Having outspent entire leagues in recent years. And it's not a false position. At some stage there needs to be progress evidenced and I don't think I've seen that

It’s barely been 6 months! Without their marquee summer signing for the most part. Feel like the narrative is turning towards ‘no progress’ and they’ve just came very close to winning away at Man City. It’s crazy to me, I feel like there’s obvious shoots of progress there they’re just a young side finding their feet. If the Chelsea board can’t take this they’ll never get out of this hole they’re in, digging down to get back up.

Sunday was absolutely incredible. That Allez Allez Allez to start extra time was something else. It just grew and grew. I’ve been to some games now, but that end is up there with anything I’ve seen. What a set of lads.

What a set of lads. Best game I can remember going to for a good while. That Allez Allez Allez was deafening. I was sat in 109 so over towards the corner flag opposite to where the corner for the winner came from and it was rowdy in there. Seen videos of behind the goal and it looked unbelievable. How did you find getting in and out of the ground? I’ve had some issues with Wembley before especially getting down Olympic way but thought this was probably the smoothest it’s been granted I did have to leave before they brought the trophy down to the pitch

Getting in the ground was a nightmare. Tbf there were train line issues at Crewe, so all trains in from Liverpool were delayed. We had to get rerouted across to Warrington to avoid Crewe, so we didn't arrive at Wembley Central until 2. Got to the ground for 2:30 and got to our seats a minute into the game. There were thousands queuing to get in at 2:30. We were at turnstile D and at one point they announced for people at D to leave D and go to A as there were no queues there. Then five mins later asked for people to stop making their way to A because of lengthy queues. Getting out was fine.

Bloody hell. Id heard about the delays and cancellations on the day but didn’t know they’d been that bad. When I got there (about 12:45 because my entry slot was 1-1:30) the turnstiles weren’t even open so I was one of the first in. Surprised but not surprised that they didn’t delay kick off a little bit given that the train delays and cancellations were common knowledge at that point like it wouldn’t have been the end of the world

It was pretty clear at 09:30 that there were large delays for Liverpool fans travelling via train. I'm not sure if it was the first or second train out of Lime St, made it to Runcorn and had to turn around to Lime St and out to Warrington. I think that was the major delay. We were supposed to leave at 09:30 from South Parkway, but had to go into Lime St and out again. Spent an hour in between Edge Hill & Lime St waiting to go. 4 and a half hours is a long time to make 6 cans last.

It’s mad because people can’t be blamed for going down on the day. I was lucky that I know London well enough to know where to stay that would be cheaper, was able to go down 3 days before the game and so all I had to worry about was getting myself to Wembley on time. If anyone wanted to avoid the train and the risks that comes with they would’ve had to come down Saturday and pay for a night in London which at short notice is expensive as fuck, especially if you don’t know your way around and therefore will either stay close to Euston or near Wembley. Just seems like a bit of a shit show how it actually panned out for a lot of people
