The tournmanet that frequently features games played on sand bowls with 100'000 people squeezing into a 30'000 seater stadium for a drab game that is decided with a goalkeeping howler on Eurosport 2. Ah, how we all love the chance to take on the native language without being accused of racism because "I'm just getting into character. What you do you mean they speak English in Nigeria?"
Fuck the fancy group tables, fixtures and the likes, fuck it all. About 3 people will actually tune in to watch the games and those are people that are either off work sick or skiving and stealing tax payers money.
But, here's what I will give you.
ITV have the rights, so all the games will be tucked away either on ITV4, or on the ITV player. The kick offs throughout the group stages are 4pm and 7pm.
Teams that have qualified are; Gabon, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Burkina Faso, DR Congo, Cameroon, Senegal, Morocco, Egypt, Togo, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Guinea-Bissau.
Pick a number between 1-16 and I'll assign you a new African nation.

Also, I've just seen that they're holding the entire tournament in just 4 stadiums. 16 teams. An entire tournament. 4 stadiums. What could possibly go wrong?
