I've got a bunch of 4 year old kids dressed as nativity plays And links entitled something like "if u dnt laff at dis u r hitla!!!" and its a funny video that's been round for years. The big question is why are you following 4 year olds on facebook/twitter?

It's class following stu I don't know what you're all on about!
I follow too many people on Twitter at the minute, I need to have a clean out. I end up not going on it because I can't see anything, it's just a load of retweets and I only follow 317 people, I don't know how people who follow thousands cope.

If there's one thing more annoying than the couples that openly get on their high horses on social media on Valentines Day, it's them bitter single people who act like they don't give a fuck about the whole thing... But write long updates about it anyway

I hate when people air bad news on facebook. My sister is especially guilty of that.
I don't mind a status or something saying today's the funeral and a huge loss, something heartfelt I mean I get it facebook has become that and people get in touch through it and it's actually kinda comforting in a way.
It's after, the constant photos, "miss you so much xoxo", it's just so... I dunno. To each their own and everyone has their own way of grieving I guess just personally feels a bit, I dunno... Attention seeking's probably too harsh but it's the only thing I can think of right now.

Nah I agree. There was a girl in college who was unrelenting in mentioning her nan as often as possible. I felt really bad at first, losing family is horrendous. But then she would mention her constantly. Like when we got our A level results she put a picture on Facebook of them and said "my nan would be proud" which is fair, but everyone went to town that night, she got pictures, put them up and captioned all of them about her nan.
Im not heartless and sympathise when people lose a loved one but at some point you realise they want attention and sympathy 24/7.

Think sometimes sharing it with the world and getting that initial sympathy from friends etc on social media can be a good thing, it's re-assuring to know that the world goes on and people are there for you, but I do agree it sometimes gets too much, and clearly passes into attention seeking.

Can someone explain to me how women posting pictures of themselves without make up is helping to cure cancer?
