Starting to realise what people meant about being terrified to be sick in front of people, definitely have that now and it makes me 10x worse, I can't sit with people when I get slightly bad because it makes me so much worse.

Jesus Christ, we've made him worse. Nobody tell him that sometimes it's common for people to feel like everybody is watching them when they're walking around in public.

Struggling today. Can't sit with anyone because of what I mentioned above, so just sat in my room all day being pretty upset. Couple of people have came to see me and I've basically just had to ask them to leave me be. Not sure what to do, I'm fairly positive it's all mental, I wake up expecting to feel sick no matter what and I am. Going to get up early and go for a walk, and try and eat very healthy this week. To be honest though I just want Thursday to come so I can go home again. So annoyed I've done this to myself.
And yeah the malware thing is a problem for me as well, no idea.

Have you been to see a doctor? If so what exactly did they say?

Yeah I did Friday morning, basically there's nothing obviously wrong with me, did all the usual tests and discounted everything they could right then.

You're too smart for your own good. Well. You over think things far too much. That's what I've figured out about me anyway. Worrying about feeling sick was making me feel sick. Bad news is it's happened to me for a few years now, in situations where I expect it to be worse, the worry gets worse as it sits on my mind and thus the sickness feels worse. Good news is that bar one time where I choked on a tablet, I've not physically been sick in several years and never as a result of it, and constantly re-affirming that in my mind helps manage it. If you've not physically been sick, just felt it, that's good, it's a benchmark to build on. Actually find quiet time, time alone was worse for me. Used to hate going to bed or being at work on my own in the evenings/early mornings because I had nothin to occupy my mind but worries and once it was in there I couldn't get it out.

Tell them it's psychological and ask them to refer you to counseling. GPs are a real shit to go and see, because they're not really trying to diagnose you properly. They have to hit targets, so they'll often go for the most obvious answer. So with mental health problems you really have to be the one to do the pushing.

Clearly he can't deal with it himself, and it's getting worse. Mental health issues don't just 'fix' themselves, you need some form of action to help with them.

The main bit of solace I'm taking is that I don't feel anything like this at home, only when I'm here am I getting like this. But aye, I'm not being physically sick all the time, I was last night, I thought too much about something I was eating and just couldn't swallow it and ended up being sick. Every single bite of food is like a battle right now, just thinking about it all so much, can't relax at all which no doubt isn't helping either.
