I think everybody appreciated how good Drogba could be but he was also ridiculously inconsistent and that's what sets him apart from the top tier strikers of the pl era

No one else like him for his strength and pace. Henry was the best player to have ever played in this league, had both of those and the fewest goals he scored in the league in his time here was 10.
The fact that he was so good for two seasons is why he won't go down as a legend, because the other six or whatever it was, he wasn't scoring as many as he should have.

I've never known a player to be so inconsistent generally but so consistently good in big games. Although I seem to recall a few retarded red cards. No one else like him for his strength and pace. Henry was the best player to have ever played in this league, had both of those and the fewest goals he scored in the league in his time here was 10. Wouldn't exactly describe Henry as a defence bullier at least not in the traditional sense of the term. They were nothing alike tbh.

Reason we've been mediocre in the last few weeks (after Sherwood's really bright start) is because we've dropped Soldado and left Adebayor isolated. Eriksen's had more joy out wide where he's not tightly marked, putting him central leaves us with no width and a wasted player.
Soldado's not scored enough goals by any means, but he's got a solid number of assists, and he's creating chances for others. It's surprised me how much better he's been in terms of creating chances, than taking them, given what I saw in Spain. Has had to adapt to that.

Aye he didn't bully them with his body but his other abilities undermined his strength, he could force defenders back easily by backing into them, but he was that quick and such a good finisher that it was never really the focus of his game.

Soldado has 4 assists in 20 games, not that impressive

Soldado has 4 assists in 20 games, not that impressive Rooney's got the most in the league this season with 9. Soldado has 4, he's been poor and he doesn't take set-pieces. I said solid, not impressive. Like I said, for a player who's been poor this season by his standards, and who isn't traditionally a creative player, 4 assists is solid.

Don't you get an assist for winning a penalty, even if you convert it yourself?

My team arsenal had a bad day I guess or bad 20 mins I guess We must have the biggest injury crisis in Europe yet find ourselves potentially winning the double or treble. I will settle for one trophy however (my prediction is the fa cup)

Fulham vs Liverpool might be postponed. Bloody tinpot Cottagers. Lost it now, but it is from Goal.com so is probably rubbish. So the Underground will be once again on strike, Arsenal, West Ham and Leyton Orient are still going ahead the strike will happen at 9pm tomorrow for 2 days so how will West Ham and Leyton Orient get home? Fulham by far the most tinpot club in the League, cant wait until they get relegated.

Arsenal will win neither a single, double nor treble. I think it will be too tough for our young side to win the European champions league or English premier league. FC Bayern are too strong I fear. and we have no right to even compete with both Chelsea and Manchester city resources. (but we are thanks to a genius manager) I have a funny feeling we will win the fa cup however. don't ask me why

Yes you did Blue Moon. Even more strangely we got West Ham to pay £20m for him. And he suits us perfectly.

What's happened to Ravel Morrison, thought he was West Ham's best player? Supposedly going on loan at QPR?

Don't you get an assist for winning a penalty, even if you convert it yourself? He hasn't won any penalties this season ftr.
