That's a good one. Whether a human giving them it counts as instinctive or not I'm not sure.

A lot of those can be incorporated into a vegan diet though (not sure if you can get vegan bread?) Cashis have you watched super juice me? It might not be your thing but a bunch of people with chronic illnesses go on a 28 day raw vegan diet and the results are pretty astounding. Granted there's a certain amount of bias, but the health benefits of a highly dense micro nutrient diet seem huge. It sounds similar to Forks over Knives. As you say, documentaries are going to be biased but i really believe it to be the healthiest died one can have (supplemented with b12). Shame my mental strength is dogshit. Then you've got all your mates like "Awww go on have some meat" constantly. Once I get my house with our lass - that's when I go again, but a lot more prepared this time. Last time it was literally overnight and destined to fail.

Of course because we developed emotions and morals. Our body in terms of how it works is still pretty similar though. Is there an animal on the planet that instinctively eats something that's bad for it? Genuine question, I don't know but I'd be surprised if there was many. Dogs. They fucking love chocolate/onions/any other food toxic to them even though it causes vomiting and diarrhoea at best and at worst, death. The stupid, loveable bastards. Cats eat grass to make themselves sick as well.

I'm just glad I stopped pissing about with take aways about a year/18 months ago, that's about the limit of my health consciousness. Used to like coming home from work and having a few beers as well but knocked that on the head a while back, I brush my teeth every night now as well and that is the limit of my healthy living. I'm pleased with that though the. I don't think I could work 40 foot up in the sky 5/6 days a week running up and down scaffolding untold times if I cut meat and that out completely.

Unfortunately my family has a long history of farming in the (you guessed it) dairy industry which basically makes me the devil. Can confirm it is pretty horrendous but once enough of my relatives die it'll make me some sweet ££££££££

I watched Cowspiracy (after watching Fed Up) and it's pretty hard not to conclude that the food industry is the source of all evil
If anyone has counter documentaries/articles please let me know because my diet consists of pork and Guinness

I think mass terrorism, child abuse, genocide are perhaps more evil than walls sausages
