Only just realised one of the scorecards was 115-113 hahahahaha Howard Foster, naturally. Mad that Chisora have Joshua the blueprint on how to beat Usyk - smother him, launch at him, bully him. Joshua is gun shy, scared of being caught and trusts his boxing ability too much. At least it means his fight Vs Fury/Wilder will be in the UK. No way he wins a rematch.

He gave Joshua the first two rounds and had him only 1 behind going into the last 😭 Seeing that last night though I've never been more certain that Fury finishes Joshua.

I had it 9-3 Usyk but when it’s a fight where I think there could be a robbery I always write down the rounds that I feel if you’re doing everything possible to give it to the hometown fighter then you could give them that round. The best I could do for Joshua was 7-5 Usyk, so basically Foster gave him every benefit of the doubt and still couldn’t come up with a win for him.
Anything from 7-5 Usyk to 10-2 Usyk was possible on my card when factoring in hometown cooking.

Just saw he gave round 1 to AJ, that’s just blatant cheating, that isn’t even a round I had as being possible to give to AJ.

Didn’t think Fury was at his best there but what a fight that was. Lovely stuff.

Wilder is still a proper cunt though so that's a satisfying result.

Already on the excuses. I know Joshua gets shit from people on here but both his losses I’ve seen him hold his hands up and make no excuses for it, just well beaten on the day.

He’s a very brave man but yeah his ego has hindered him in many ways. Both AJ and Wilder should have changed trainers a long time ago but they didn’t for different reasons, AJ because he wants to be loyal and Wilder because he needs to be the head honcho.
Wilder needs someone who can teach him the fundamentals but also be a big enough personality to dominate Wilder and not take his shit. He got battered last night for way too many rounds all because his last corner got fired for pulling him out and saving years of his career, this lot are obviously yes men and were scared to pull him out.
He’s knocked people over for so long that he felt he was invincible, that he had already mastered the game and when that all came crashing down it had to be somebody else’s fault.
I think AJ has a better understanding of what he is but he should have changed trainers to improve his flaws, you get nothing for loyalty in boxing other than a potential beating.

Already on the excuses. I know Joshua gets shit from people on here but both his losses I’ve seen him hold his hands up and make no excuses for it, just well beaten on the day. What's been said? I haven't seen anything from him yet today. Wilder's ego is definitely a huge problem, he's his own worst enemy. Rewatching the fight today the last 20 seconds or so leading up to the KO make for uncomfortable watching, he clearly has nothing left and is just waiting to get sparked. As Chappy said though, his corner were clearly told not to throw in the towel and wouldn't dream of going against his word. If I'm being honest though I don't think there's anyone who could get much different out of him. He actually did well in the first round and looked like he had a clear plan of going to the body because that's literally all he aimed for in that first round and landed a lot of good punches. Then after the first round he just reverted to type, it's like he was thinking "Welp, that's the body work done, now back to the ol' swinging for the head and hoping for the best!". Don't think he threw a jab to the body for the rest of the fight, he couldn't even stick to a new plan beyond one round. Thing is though he'll still beat most of the HWs out there due to his freakish power that most others won't be able to avoid or recover from in the way Fury is. Fury is just all wrong for him, should have left him alone after the second fight.

Yeah I think it's too late for Wilder now just as I think it's too late for AJ, Wilder should have made changes a long, long time ago. It's always difficult to justify a change without a loss but Fury did it and look how much better he's got since he changed trainers. Sometimes the signs are there and you need to be proactive but at the very latest Joshua should have changed trainer after Ruiz 1.
