Deciding which 30 seconds I'd like to pull from a song for my posing routine is providing me with great difficulty. I have three that I like the sound of Should choose this imo.

after a gruelling day I didn't place in my first show but hey ho, it's onwards and upwards from here. 20 years old and know I have the potential to succeed if I can stick in at it. had my first Five Guys today and boy was it good, haven't had a cheat in 7 weeks. Will stick up the stage shots when I get them in the next week or so.

I just flat out refuse to believe you're 20 years old mate. Did you have the same paper round as Joseph Minala?

woah stu, simmer down lad.
did physique, but my tan let me down as confirmed by the head judge - which is a massive bummer, but a positive at the same time tbf, because my physique didn't look out of place compared to guys much older than myself - so I'm going down to Manchester next month to hop back up on stage. had a mad binge of food and todays the last day before getting back on my diet tomorrow.

Not trying to insult but your shoulders look quite small, is it just the angle or are they actually small?

hmm nah I wouldn't say they're small, probably one of my better attributes, must be the angle. however, obviously, they could and will be improved upon in the off season.

Decided to get fitter and lose a bit of the lazy student weight I put on over the years. Started off at 13st 7lbs in April, now I'm 11st 9lbs. Wanna get down to about 11st then reevaluate and consider clean bulking back up and start a lifting routine. Or, if I like how I look at 11st or at least lean, maybe just stick.
Routine wise I started with 15 minutes on an exercise bike and worked my way up to doing 20k everyday, then got bored with the bike. Moved onto the treadmill doing 1 mile run/walk and now I'm doing 30-45 minutes every morning going different speeds, trying to incorporate some HIIT with steady pace. Works out about 4-5 miles a day. Then doing some calisthenics 3 days a week.
Still struggle with the nutritional side of things, but I must be doing something right to keep losing. Could be doing better eating wise though. Best thing I ever did was stop drinking coke.

Thinking on starting Stronglifts 5x5 again along with the treadmill now that I've got a decent home gym setup going. I can never stick with weight lifting routines because the calorie counting gets on my nerves. For any experts out there, would 3 clean meals a day along with 3 protein shakes be enough to start off with? That'll workout at roughly 100-130ish grams of protein a day.

Anyone ever tried crossfitting? I know it gets alot of flack but its awesome workouts, the pro athletes are incredible.
Feel fitter and better crossfitting than just lifting weights and running

I mean fundamentally crossfit is just olympic and compound lifts focusing on explosiveness and speed rather than power. Reason it gets a lot of flak is that A) crossfitters are annoying as fuck and B) proper form and technique is too often skipped over leading to people trying to throw around weight they're not properly in control of and hurting themselves.
I'm terrible at keeping up in the gym over my american football season because it just wrecks your body to much to do anything but every offseason I focus on heavy compound lifts combined with exercises focused on explosiveness so what I do in the gym isn't far off crossfit tbh.
