I've been thinking about taking Vitamin D supplements to aid with my psoriasis considering catching the sun this time of year in the north west is pretty unlikely...

You're gonna have to narrow it down a bit

You're gonna have to narrow it down a bit For some reason I was always self-conscious about going to the gym. I figured that it would be dead busy and I'd make myself look like an idiot. Turns out nobody cares because they're all doing their own thing, who would have thought?

I've found most people in the gym are cool tbh. If you're new and see you're finding something difficult they're more likely to give pointers on technique than be a dickhead tbh.
I remember when I managed my first pull-up in front of everyone I was strutting round like Kriss Akabusi lol.

Started learning to swim in October and just signed up for my first open water 10k in September. This is how I meet my end.

Doctor looked at my x-ray and said I said inflammation of sacriollatic joint, I have sacroilitis and should see a specialist at the hospital. Specialist says I have none of the possible symptoms that would cause sacroilitis so sent me for an MRI. Phonecall today saying MRI showed no inflammation whatsoever, no sacroilitis and referring me to pain clinic to 'manage' my pain. At what fucking cunting point is somebody actually going to find out what's wrong with my back rather than just telling me I've essentially just got to live in pain. What that phonecall didn't say was what the specialist told my doctor. Which is that he found I have degenerative disc disease L4/L5 and a disc prolapse L5/S1 which is pressuring two nerves. So essentially, wear and tear and a slipped disc. Simple enough, will never be able to undo the damage but be able to manage it (fuck am I having the epidural injection of the nerve root block injection though) how the fuck can it take this long to diagnose that? And apparently this degenerative disc disease may be the reason I've had several years of shoulder pain too. And I now have to have another MRI within the next four weeks as the doctor was a bit worried about where the pain is. Joy. Blatantly gonna be a cripple by the time I'm 40.

I don't get this fitbit tracking stuff. 31 minute run and it breaks it down as 1 minute fat burn, 12 minutes cardio and 19 minutes peak. How can it be only 1 minute fat burn!? Then the fitbit said I done just over 3.6 miles, treadmill says 3. Anyone know if these fitbits are actually accurate?

I would never trust a Fitbit to accurately calculate how much calories you're burning.
I was dubious as to how accurate mine was at step-counting and heart rate, never mind the more complex things but they are actually pretty accurate in that regard. Not the best when it comes to reading sleep though.

First time back in the gym for 6 months, joined the local college's gym because my old one was near work which is 5 miles away.
And I've actually sorted of missed the full body pain.

I've just ran for the first time in years (other than football but that's different) and it feels like my lungs are just full of blood.
And I say 'ran'. I tried, be surprised if I even cracked 2 miles there.
