Haven't seen the game myself yet but from what my mate told me it was the same old story of us dominating the game, having lots of the ball but not being able to kill the game off. Which has been the theme of our season so far. Every thing leads back to not having a striker. I would be very surprised if a striker wasn't signed in January. Roll on next season when Eto'o, Torres and Ba are no longer Chelsea players. It wasn't really like that at all, you scored early and took the life out of the game, Swansea had more of the ball and if anything it was a lack of firepower that cost them, Bony was very poor.

Chelsea aren't stronger in every department. I rate our defence over yours, when everyone is fit. Sakho is better than any centre half Chelsea have.
Our two top scorers also have 4x as many goals combined as your top scorer does.

But they're like the biggest parts of a team. So if you don't have scorers, and we do, and your defence and our defence is shit, who's going to benefit more?

If it wasn't Stoke I'd probably feel sorry for them the amount of soft shite decisions against them. But it's Stoke so I hope the Oatcake is in full meltdown mode.
Vito was class today.

Sakho is easily our best cb but my god did he have a bad ten minutes today. He has had blips in most games too.
Still better than Terry though.

I'd have Chelsea leading in all areas on the pitch bar strikers. Even that cunt Terry has been solid. Liverpool's strikers are so far ahead of Chelsea's tho.
Can't see Liverpool beating antifootball.

Vito was class today. tbf they could only complain about the first sending off imo, if the second foul is on anyone but cabaye he probably gets a last warning, and the ball being out for the second goal. handball against Williamson could go either way, second sending off and both penalties were fine. fuck stoke.

can't wait until we can play Vert and Younnes week in, week out
dunno if Younnes will ever be able to do that again
any word on what his actual injury is? I read that he's got a Ledley like condition on his ankle but I'm hoping that's just bullshit

danielt 'pparently him playing week in week out is being overly optimistic for the foreseeable future. Iirc it was his injury that meant avb wanted the entire medical team or development team or something changed because they fucked his treatment up, meaning when he played a couple of behind closed door games it just got worse. Is he out of contract in the summer? Probably only got another year left in him at this rate
