I'm gonna plump for no, that is not good. Have you tried those knee wraps? I don't use them but I've seen people using them before.

Bulking, 200g of protein per day. See how this goes. Have fun. I find it very boring shoveling 150g+ a day down me sometimes. I'm a food lover but sometimes I just don't want fish/chicken.

Yeah it isn't too bad, I probably couldn't eat less than 100g nowadays, 150 is easy enough but when I try to do it higher than that consistently I get really bored. The best advice I can give is to use a lot of different herbs/spices/meats (there's a website that sells 'different' animals like kangaroo, crocodile, buffalo etc maybe worth a go...I planned to do it but Christmas took over. Kezzie or something I think...)

Quick way to get rid of that christmas weight without excessive exercise lads? I'm really busy and can't really afford to get to a gym regularly, so any other ideas?

I have to walk to and from uni every day which is a massive half hour uphill slog each way so that'll do for 30 minutes of walking haha! Think my main problem is how many fizzy drinks and shit I have, lucozade on offer in asda is a killer. Cheers for the advice!

If you're serious then go to the gym. You won't get anywhere with just dumbells at home.

More motivation, people there to point out if your form is shit, gets you out the house and obviously loads of machines/equipment/better range of weights. If you do want to work out properly with weights go gym.

You need a lot of money to make a good home/shed gym I believe. That's another factor.

Worst thing is people who buy a set of dummbells and use them for months on end. You need to be consistently upping the weight to progress. Also more motivation and more variety in a gym like cashis said. Benneh try cutting out fizzy drinks/milk and instead drink 2+liters of water, eat more protein (aka animals), cut out bread/pasta/cereal and eat more green veg. Should notice a change very quickly. Oh and Cashis howd you find your first day on dat high protein?

Not too bad pal. Had 315g of protein, just under 3000cals, 5 meals + 2 protein shakes.
Felt absolutely huge at the gym and not in a good way. I could feel my gut straining from all the food I'd eaten. Hopefully that'll stop happening after a few days or a week or something because it was very uncomfortable.

Childish cereal? Is that a big hindrance on a diet mate?

Childish cereal? Is that a big hindrance on a diet mate? Sort of. If you're at a healthy weight and stuff then you can get by but it is all highly processed, nutrient-empty, no protein or fat so people often get hungry shortly after. If you go for something like porridge and or even better bacon/eggs then you find you are fuller for longer and less prone to snacking etc.
